In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Reason was for teleporting. I talked with an admin after ban and he said he banned me because I've been re spawning in different places after my game constantly crashes due to Nvidia kernel driver stopped working. I do see where I went wrong as I completely had forgotten about the respawning rule in different locations after I reconnect as I wasn't in any rp or combat so I see where I went wrong with that.

Once you have spawned in you are unable to respawn unless you have been killed or stuck in a position due to a bug (please take screenshots), For example you cannot respawn to get to another location quicker - Punishment is a ban
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I always make sure I don't break server rules such as metagaming, RDMing and roleplaying with highest quality. I don't consider myself as a rulebreaker as I've never been forum reported or any other admin action taken against me. I do understand the rule I've broken as I had forgotten about it, I would never log in combat or if I am in RP scenario and try to make the best effort to come back to the scene if I did crash in such situation. I am asking for chance at the server and I promise I will try to get my issue fixed where my game keeps on crashing for I don't know why..
