I shot at someone NEAR greenzone

Why should we unban you ?
I nor the person that shot at me was in the greezone. He had initiated a fight with me and all i sought was to end it. In the end about 10 minutes after the intital fight he fled into greenzone. 10 Minutes later and I left and aborted the game. 2 hours later I was banned.
