Well I don't think I was actually meant to be banned? When i joined it says i was kicked so im not sure if i was meant to be banned or kicked.

If i was banned for an actual reason i apologize because its been so long i can't actually remember why. I know have been banned before and i know that will be taken into consideration in this appeal but i honestly don't know what i was banned for.

I think you should unban me because it looks like i shouldn't have actually be banned. Also TBH its been a long time since i have played and i have been meaning to comeback for sometime.

Well there really is no arguing that this wasn't RDM because it most certainly was. I didn't give Ben enough time to react to the robbery taking place.

Why should we unban you ?

I wouldn't normally shot someone in this situation because i would always pistol whip them after the surrendered to me. I also think i should be unbanned because I have been banned for a large period of time and I would really like to return to roleplaying on this server because it is certainly the most dedicated community out there. My past ban does not help my situation but i do normally particpate in quality roleplay with the people in this server but this was definitely one of the worst moments i have roleplayed. Thank you for taking the time to read my response and i know the staff team have a lot of work dealing with the appeal system and forum moderation in general and I once again apologize for wasting your time.

Then please explain where you went wrong in the video, and how you will avoid the same mistake in the future.

RDM is when a player is killed without any roleplay involved at all 

After watch the video I have noted that I did try to initiate RP but did not give Ben ample time to react to my statement of robbing him and in my response to him not putting his hands up in this unreasonable time I shot him. 

To further avoid this in future play I will not KOS and make sure that quality RP happens before combat to take place because mindless combat has no place in RP. I will also re-familiarize myself with the rules as I have not played for a long time.

I suggest you do. We put a lot of effort into writing and enforcing them.
