I was banned for killing player Simon Ross whilst he was downed by another player.

Why should we unban you ?
because i have re read the rules for the 4th time now and know for sure i have a better understanding of what to do in situations which i previously encountered.

You have put in quite a lack of effort into this appeal, I advise you start putting more effort into it from now. Why did you decide it was fine for you to just come over randomly and execute someone without any real acceptable roleplay?

To be honest with you I have both been in his position and seen friends in this position just to report it, but to no avail. I suppose I thought that from these experiences I thought the admins weren't really bothered and people can just do whatever they want.

I know this still doesn't make what happened acceptable, believe me. but seeing things not get resolved in other situations makes you think "whats the difference between me and everyone else".

I have heard nothing about that whatsoever and you need to get your mindset out of the "Oo he did it and didn't get in trouble so I'll do it as well" and likely end up breaking a rule while you only see a part of what has actually been going on. Reports as well do not always get publically broadcasted upon on every action taken specifically and each and every situation that occurs has differences and depending on that situation in specific it will be dealt with by the means of how it is meant to be for that case. Either way that is no excuse and only makes me believe you don't have the right mindset to be on the server without causing further issues.

So, quote broken rules with your interpretation and why we have our rules.
