In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I killed a player which had my gang leader (A VIP) at gun point (wounded on the floor) ready to execute him so I found him and took the player out as I deemed him to be a hostile threat towards my gang leader. From the report video it does look like RDM but I can insure you it was sufficient why I killed this player.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me firstly the issue was resolved in-game between me and the player who I shot and killed. Secondly it was a hostage situation and the person who was standing there was threatening my gang leader with death so I thought fire power was the way to resolve this which now I know it was not. but I did say after the situation ended why I killed him and he fully agreed on what should happen next and he said nothing so we went along with our days. It also said in the post "...and I do wonder how you found your friend so quickly it was rather odd" [TD] Atek never had his communication device (GPS) destroyed so using the map and suspected location we found his GPS running in a moving vehicle, they also gave him a radio too communicate with us too. Then I proceeded to do what I did which was in the end shooting him. I thought killing him was acceptable due to the nature of what happened but now I know to go up to them and try to negotiate with the hostage takers as this is an RP server not a wasteland server, I don't think it was a quality RP situation and I now know for next time what to do and what not to do which was what I did in this situation. The guy who reported me for RDM did not get killed and the guy who I shot did not have anything to do with this man who reported me "DainMK". Also as this is my first ban ever on this server in three years of playing here too, I never got any warning points or a talking too about the situation just straight to a ban. I know the nature of the ban was RDM but if staff asked the guy who I killed was it resolved he would of said, Yes it was ect ect.

"(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)."

The rule i broke was RDM meaning killing someone with no prior roleplay and sufficient roleplay with the person who I killed.

Next time if I was in a situation like this I would go up to the hostage takers and try and negotiate a price eg "Hey! I am with The Disciples and you have my leader and we want him back! I will offer you a some of £1,000,00 in return of his life if you would not like to do this it could end in a much worse way for you guys. I have 3 armed snipers ready to take action on the sign of his death or my own. If you failure to comply with us I will have to take action. Price could be negotiable up to £300k above my some of £1,000,00" Then I would roleplay it out to the full extent of the situation.

Reading through your initial appeal post, I assumed you were a new player.  As you've stated you've been here for 3 years.  How could you 'NOT' know the RP mechanics of a hostage situation? I find that very hard to believe.

 
I have been though a lot of 'Different' communities I played here ages ago. As I said, Its my first rule break on the server. You can't blame a man to remember every rule on every community out there its just not possible. 

 
Doing some digging into you i found something worrying.  
A ban on you will be added for scripting.

This will be denied, and if you want to "explain" yourself. You can make a permanent appeal.
