I was driving when I lost control and accidently crashed into someone's car. he asked me what I was doing and because I am new to the game I was in group chat without knowing I couldn't answer.

Why should we unban you ?
it was an accident and I couldn't apologise and I tried to but I was just talking to myself.

Righto, Explain the VDM Rule in your own words.

it is when you use your car/vehicle as a weapon to kill/explode another player.

Btw I forgot to mention that I had a lag drop when I lost control and crashed into the persons car.

To me it does not look like you are having any problem with FPS or frame drops. Do you have a video of your end for us to look at?

no

I can reach 20 frames if I'm not doing much out of the towns and I'm away from too many trees. Usually I have 10-15 in towns and I hadn't set up any parameters at the time of the incident so I had around 10.

After watching the video, it does not seem like you have any issues controlling your car at all. You even turn slightly towards him when you are getting closer, so what is that about?

When I started driving towards him, I thought I could turn out of the way but my frames dropped so I couldn't.

The VDM rule is to create better roleplay so people don't just go on a rampage driving people over. The rule enables everyone to enjoy themselves so they don't have to hide from every car. This is a very important rule because it changes the game from a game full of terrorism to a fun experience for all.
