In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was at the airport an individual came in i tried to rob him told him to put his hands up multiple time he the started moving left to right I repeated to put his hands up he then precoded to do an action which look like he was pulling out a weapon so I shot him.

the user on live stream has admitted hearing what I said and refuse to comply then him trying pulling out a weapon gives me the right to shot him.

this should not be allowed an admin ban me because he was shot for not complying.

Why should we unban you ?
I have been playing this game for a while now never been in trouble and have been building up my roleplay character to fit the story I'm making up for him "the wonderer". I know the rules and have played by them since the start I don't think you have revived any other complaints about me. this is the only server I find deem to play on.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

these are the rules i gave him more than enough time to respond to my roleplay (that he admitted on live stream he heard) he did not comply.

I'd quite like to call @CI Busterguy to the stand before this moves any further... I've read your note but given what is said here, I think you will want to add a little more.

As a staff he should have the footage recorded and as you will see I did nothing wrong and if I didn't which I doubt I would like to k of what. As I've built my character as a lone opertunistic wounder and have had no complaints of all the other people I have rob and that's a lot. Including other staff.

 
Maybe I worded it poorly, I wanted to get buster's opinion but I have spoken to him now. From my perspective, it seems that you didn't give enough time to comply. It is described to me as "hands up" - "pardon?" - *gets shot*

Even if he did hear you, we expect a quality of roleplay and if you had nothing more than that to say, you wouldn't be agreeing with:

[SIZE=medium](7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. [/SIZE]

Am I wrong? Explain what you should do in a situation like this.

 
I respected over and over again to put his hands up he then proceeded to move around and act in a suspicious maker so I shot him this is normal in quality roleplay he should have acted scared not start moving around suspiciously so I'm not in the wrong for shooting him you can see it in the video I never heard his Pardon me after I respected over and over to put his hands u. I have rob many people and will tell a story as soon as they put their hands u but the before would not make sense as he could pull out a gun and shoot control the situation then tell the story of why. He didn't reply and acted suspiciously so he got shot.

I I was to act the way he did he would have shot me so I don't see how this is a one sided affair he is just upset he lost all the money for the helicopter that's it I've been playing the game by the rules and never got in trouble I don't understand.

I would like to know the procedure I must undergo to get unbanned.
