In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I hopped in a channel and starting saying how Britains army was cheap and how the country was cheap, they said I was being racist and when I tried to argue my point to the admin on duty he just banned me before I could talk to him.

Why should we unban you ?
I apologised to everyone who was involved and told them how it was only a joke and they all understood and accepted my apology. I no know never to joke about these manners due to some people not taking it as a joke and that I can come across as very offensive. I will never repeat this action ever again and I know that since I already have a warning for being racist in game I will have to be a lot more careful with what I say.

that is not true even if you ask Water who I said it too. I said that since he was iraeli if he came to Qatar he would be killed by the people and the police wouldn't care, I never directed it to Mr.Anderson and I never said because he was a low british person.

but although it wasn't directed to Mr.Anderson and although I didn't say that it would happen because he was a low british which in fact I know I never said, I should've never said it, I was joking due to the fact that water and I are friends. Once again I never aimed this to Mr.Anderson and I never said what your accusing me of saying.

 
If so I would like to see the proof of these accusations he is making about me saying this to the 'British" because I'm 101% sure that I didn't direct it to any british or even mention anything about killing the british? This seems to all have been taken out of context, if you would like I could pull in Water to confirm that I didn't say that to the 'British'

He said that to me, Water not "X", that if someone who is both Jew and Israeli will come to Qatar, the police will interigate him and might execute him and if the people will catch me they will beat the s**t out of me and the police wouldn't care. He didn't said it about the british people, he said it about againts the Israeli\Jews
Whice is true, Qatar hate Israel, Israelis and Jews. 

Lord Castello didn't said that he will do it to me, but the people of Qatar would.

As said before although it wasn't directed to the British this was totally unacceptable and I should've never said it EVEN IF IT WAS A JOKE. I totally regret making this comment and next time I will think more carefully when saying something a chance, with other people who I do not know.

 
Now that you've waited your time, can you enlighten me as to why you considered that to be an appropriate joke. More to the point, why was it in any way a good idea to be joking around with a touchy subject when you were on teamspeak to resolve something?

I wasn't on teamspeak to resolve anything. I was on ts to talk to my friends but as I was waiting for them I jumped into other channels talking and having fun with others. At the time I thought it would be a 'Ok' joke because my friends and I always joke around like that and most people who join us find it funny as well. Nevertheless, I should've never made these jokes with some other people who I didn't know and I should've never assumed that it would be in any way acceptable. I apologised to everyone involved and I will never repeat this ever again

 
How can you assure us you won't do anything silly like this again. Remember this is the internet, you do not know who you are offending by "joking around" the way you do with your mates.

I assure you I will never do this again because I have now learnt my lesson about talking political situations which may come across as extremely offensive. I now know that this will be my last chance (if given) and of course due to this I will watch very carefully what comes out of my mouth, even if it's with my mates.

 
You make it sound like this is your first time EVER being racist and only does with your friends, however I can qoute you from our servers, "you're stupid cus your black". So please explain that, together with you giving the IP for another Teamspeak in direct chat, and also why we should not ban you off the server as well.

I was giving a ip for another ts in chat to talk to that certain person since I was banned from this previous one. I know its not my frist time being stupid like this. I never repeated it in game and will never repeat it on teamspeak as well, that I promise just like I did when I said it in game.

 
Against my better judgement to an extent... can you please supply your TS UID as I am willing to give you a chance since you were not warned again for a few weeks leading up to this ban. If anything of this nature is repeated, there will be no second chances.

 
Oddly that isn't the right TS ID... you were banned under qvZJ1yuA4RsvbPRJ/59T0RgmVNk= so I've unbanned that as well as your IP. Follow the rules moving forward.
