In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was at a party that very night and I left my room unlocked. My parents had a family reunion/barbecue at the house and of course I had a bunch of cousins at my house. My cousin Luky decided that he was bored and it would be a good idea to enter my room and start playing with my xbox/laptop. He entered the ts channel (as it was the default one) and start joining which ever channels he could and starting trolling. He ended up trolling/beingracist to Mr.Anderson and Water. Later being pulled into a separate channel and being rude to the admin therefore being perma banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I have spoken to Mr.Anderson and Water about the matter and they totally understood and accepted my apology. I made a unban request earlier but I think you misunderstood the text I wrote and thought that my parents were the ones who did this (although they don't even know how to turn on my laptop). I was only aware of the matter the day after I was banned when I tried joining the ts to play with AWT and receiving the message banned for being racist/disrespectful. It was totally my mistake that I did not lock my door before hand but I have since learnt from my mistakes. I do have approval from Water and Mr.Anderson that it was indeed not me due to the voice being different and a little more high pitched (my cousin is 14). I have also added a password login to my laptop so this can also never occur again.

Due to the nature of what was said and our usual policy of not accepting "x other person did it" as a valid excuse, I would like you to clarify something.

How did you get in contact with the people that were insulted and would you be able to get them to comment on this post in order to verify that you aren't putting words into their mouths?

Given that you have been warned before for similar behaviour in game, I find it difficult to believe and would require some further confirmation if you expect to be unbanned.

I contacted the people who were the victims of this racial abuse because I asked my friend Juan Minolas if he saw what happened due to him being online at the time, he told me the names of the people involved and after some investigating I found the two who reported I sure could ask them to comment, although water is quite preserved and I doubt he will come and comment (we are friends now)

"My brother did it!" excuses are not good enough. You got banned on Teamspeak for something you were warned about in-game as well, I do not for 1 moment believe that the cousin did it. Do not make another appeal for 1 week, then come back with the truth.
