In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Well I was in my truck and I was driving off-road towards Agios from the West then I see a few of my gang members attempting to hold up a police officer, so i pull on to the road and the police officer reverses his car in to my truck. So I tried driving away because the police officer drove off because my gang was shooting at him and my truck got stuck on a barrier so I jump out and lock it and proceed on foot. Then police officers come from behind me and start shooting with no initiation of role-play so I carry on running because I don't want to turn back and shoot because I would end up dying and loosing all of my gear. Then my game crashes and I get a error message saying ''Arma 3 not responding'' and it game me two options that said ''Close Program'' and ''Wait for program to respond''. So i pressed ''Wait for program to respond'' and that had a loading bar and eventually just went away.
I have a few more points to pick in to as well:
1. I assume the police officers thought that I was involved in the hold up of a police officer even though I was passing by because I was heading to the oil field.
2. The police gave no role-play initiation and started shooting at me but it may have been because i had all my rebel gear on and when you get out of a vehicle your weapon becomes un-holstered.
3. They may have assumed that I was involved because the guys holding the police officer up were in the same gang as me.
So basically all I am trying to say is the people in my gang were holding up a police officer and the police assumed I was involved so they opened fire without initiation.

Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while zip-tied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I was banned from a complete misunderstand and I have proof of my game crashing so I don't think its necessary for me to be banned in the first place.If your ban reason is "Forum Report - Date Here" then search the forums for your in-game name and that date and insert the URL below:
