In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned for saying "cyka blyat" while inside a lobby speaking to someone who insulted me calling me a "little kid" and in my opinion unfairly killed me in Server 2. Summers was called by the killer and his friends into the channel, Summers knew them and seemed to be defending them and not listening to what I was saying. I said "cyka blyat" in reply to someone who refused to apologise to me after saying: "guys, he's a little kid after all", Summers banned me for "trolling" permanently which in my opinion I do not deserve because all I was doing was trying to figure out why I got killed.

Why should we unban you.
I should be unbanned from the Teamspeak because I am friendly to everyone on the Teamspeak unless they provoke me and it's a really good method to communicate with friends and other players who are playing on Altis Life UK. I should also be unbanned because I didn't do anything wrong on the Teamspeak, I was just retaliating to someone else trolling me. I also understand that I cannot "troll" on the Teamspeak, that is why I wasn't "trolling", I was just asking questions and Summers shouldn't have banned me for "trolling" because that's not what I was doing AT ALL, I was the one being insulted by the people who Summers was doing nothing about, and as soon as I said something back to them, I got banned for "trolling" when I am the victim!

Hi. I understand im not really ment to post as im not the banner or the banned however we where in the room whilst he was banned and he was consitantly making rude and offence comments including "Dont call me a little kid, now i will commit suicide" which as far as i know is not okay and is not view lightly. He also never appologised for what he said about joking about suicide which many admins here have always said is a No go topic for "laughs" @Wilco @ Steph

Hello there,

Number 1, you appear to have missed out the part where you insulted other members of the community, impersonating their mothers and more.

Number 2, In no way am I bias, yes I admit I know Lewis however my role prevents me from being bias and voting in favour of certain parties - the reason they were in successful in their defence was that no evidence was presented to me, thus rendering your side of the story invalid however I would have gladly spoken to you longer but I was abruptly interrupted by you constantly.

Number 3, Yes somebody called you a little kid, and I made him apologise to you. The person in question was dealt with accordingly however showed remorse for his actions - so your accusation of me doing 'nothing about him' is rendered silly. We at ALUK do not tolerate discrimination and if you did not call me a 'Stupid bitch' in russian - 'Cyka Blyat' we could have easily continued on with the case. In addition to this you were throwing insults around the room like a headless chicken, contributing to your trolling ban.

Finally I would like to mention. You made a disgraceful comment regarding suicide.  SUICIDE IS NO JOKE! Once again contributing to your ban...

At the end of the day, things were said and were dealt with - and we could have continued dealing with such matters if it wasn't for your immature actions:

In conclusion @Wilco has the final say, however your ban was right and just from my judgement and 8+ months of being a mentor. But Merry Christmas and have a lovely new year either way this works out.

I was swearing in Russian outside roleplay because I was insulted and he was refusing to properly apologise. Also, yes people in that room did also swear and Summer ignored it. But as soon as I swear in a different language in retaliation to someone insulting me, I get banned for trolling which doesn't make sense. I do apologise for swearing without a valid reason, I was uncomfortable and felt awkward with being confronted by the person and his friends all accusing me of being in the wrong, plus a mentor who knew those people and was defending and agreeing with them.

I did apologise for the unthoughtful comment about suicide, and I apologise again now. The only reason I mentioned suicide was because I wanted to remind you and your friends that it might not just be that one guy who has disrespected and insulted me because of the pitch of my voice, we were all squeaky once so your friend need to remember that before he thinks someone is less than them because of their voice. Even if you are squeaky doesn't mean that you aren't mature.

I did apologise for the unthoughtful comment about suicide. The only reason I mentioned suicide was because I wanted to remind you and your friends that it might not just be that one guy who has disrespected and insulted me because of the pitch of my voice, we were all squeaky once. Even if you are squeaky doesn't mean that you aren't mature.

I myself am 'squeaky' and I can assure you now if you would have kept your cool we could have removed the person from the teamspeak for abusive behaviour. As I previously stated discrimination is not tolerated here in any way shape or form

I didn't direct the "cyka blyat" at you in any way, I have my mic on Activation Detection so I could have said anything and you will have heard it and I didn't impersonate anyone's mother! Also, I stopped interrupting you when you said that "I will ban the next person that talks", but as soon as Lewis and his friends start talking you laugh and don't ban them, but tell me to shush when I am trying to tell you the situation of what happened. Even if you punished the person who called me a "little kid", you did so AFTER you banned me for "trolling" which is something I wasn't doing.

Based on the suicide comment which is very serious and the foreign swear word towards a mentor I am not going to waste my time arguing what happened before hand, you should not conduct yourself in this manner no matter what.
