i was banned off the TS at first, was going to get un-banned then i get banned in-game by neo for the reasons stated.
Why should we unban you ?
i would like to start off by say that i have already said i know my mistakes and i was going to apologize to the people that was around at the time of the event. when crumble was doing my ban appeal i stated that i would apologize as soon as i was un-banned. i dont see why i was banned in-game even with what i said it should have just been a TS ban and that it, what i said was not an in game issue. i was banned for (1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban. which i disagree with because of the fact there was no swearing in involved. it also says on the in game ban that i was banned for "calling support retards" which in fact is also wrong. now the discrimination i can understand but really i've herd people say much worse to be honest and in fact in this urban appeal ( https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/64347-un-ban-appeal-lewis-stark-07132016-denied/ ) people apparently say "fuck him he's a cunt", "He's a prick who robbed me and fucked with me multiple times and he got what he deserved" although 2 wrongs dont make a wright and i understand what he done, i think this breaks the rules going by (1.1) Bullying is punished by a permanent ban without appeal. (1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban. do you not ? and you allow people like this in the community also ?. as i explained in the last appeal i know it wasn't wright what i said and what i done but i dont feel the game ban was necessary as i was going to apologize. i would just like to go on tanoa and just to have a laugh with my mates again because i have had so much fun. i do realize that i am probably now per banned because i had my final warning this march but i hope you understand that it was no a game issue it was just a stupid mistake. cheers for taking the time to look at the appeal.
