i am banned because of vdm. when i was getting robbed at uranium buyer i wanted to go after the robbery my parents called me to come downstairs right now to eat so i wanted to go away as i did that a chopper flew above me and i wanted to take up and move to the right to get out of there i wasnt initiated by the guys who came after i got robbed. when i wanted to take off with my chopper i pressed left shift to take up but he flew almost above me when he went down i went up and crashed in to him i tought i cannot log out but i had to go to eat with my family so i left my pc behind and came back after and i died i havent seen any message of him.
i know i should fix it but is it my fault if i take up with my chopper that it goes very fast at the beginning and before i could press z i crashed already in to him i didnt mean to crash into him but i had to go eat aswell so its kinda fucked for me and yes i had a warning for vdm i understanded that and i have readed all the rules but in my opinion it wasnt really my fault i can understand that people wants to rob and they block your chopper from taking off but if he almost fly in my rotors i cant do shit if i take up i accedently fly into him.

i have talked with the person who i VDM'd i understand the reason why i got banned and it was a mistake i really had to go than so i couldnt talk with him and i didnt know his name cuz i had no record of it i hope you guys will understand this.

i can explain that to you sir. there were several guys talking in occ chat when we where making money and they kept talking multable people said that stuff to them aswell me. i can understand that u are not allowed to say that i am feel sorry for that. i will make my excuses for that if you allow me to.

first of all i am very sorry that i called u a sir when u are a woman. second off all my sincere apologies for the language i have used i overeacted alot,  and i didnt mean any harm with  the words i've used to that guy and if its possable i want to make my personal apologies of that and will talk with him on teamspeak.

• I spoke to the guy personally in teamspeak and resolved it with him.
  
• At the time of the incident i had to run, since i needed to have dinner.
  
• I was well aware that i already had a VDM warning for hitting one of my friends cars, to push it away and I understand that you're not allowed to do that.

• I cursed in game in the OOC chat, because there were 2 guys saying things like "Put your hands up this is a robbery" and "If you do not comply you will be shot", they were also also making allot of noise that we can also reffer to as ear raping Thats why i said "Fuck off cunt" to both of them but they kept making allot of noise in voice chat, then i got quite irritaded by them and said "Please get cancer if you do that". I know it was very stupid and impulsive of me to say that, I also am very sorry for saying that and i swear i will never do that again. Again my sincere apologies for what i said.

• (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM)
  
• The VDM rule is in my eye’s when I use my vehicle as a weapon to harm a person or any other vehicle.
  There are 3 vehicles (MRAPS) that can ram the other MRAPS but not without initiation
  The reason why we can ram with these vehicles is because these vehicles can take it when they get rammed.
