In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think i was banned because we was baiting, one of our guys was a full hobo with no gear and he drove around the area to fish out any enemy positions. He started getting shot at so our first instinct was to shoot back, the guys who was shooting at him told him to stop else his wheels would be popped and he carried on and did not tell us that they said that to him. We thought they just started shooting at him from the situation before. bad communication on the team speak made the situation out to be baiting. if our friend role played with them instead of not telling us the situation and driving off, then it would not of been this way.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should Unban me because i am a regular to the server, i come on here almost everyday and it is my favourite server going.I have played around 2 years on this server and have had alot of good experiences and made some really cool friends. I am very sorry i have done this and i will definitely re-read the rules to fully understand them with no question. Also my role play capability's are amazing, i have been in so many role play situations and its so fun to do especially on this server. There are no decent servers out there. again, i'm terribly sorry for what happened and it definitely will not happen again if i get un banned.

(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

I broke the rule baiting, baiting is when you do something like, intent for a firefight or to shoot someone, not for roleplay. Provoking players without any sort of role play just so you can shoot them. basically using something or someone else to create a gunfight This will never happen again.

An example of baiting, i am driving down the road towards a gas station and i want a gunfight so i start to rob it, i am robbing to purposely get the police's attention. when they arrive and try to roleplay with us or initiate, we kill them. Another example, we send a hobo to an ATM were there are rebels and he fakes getting money out just so they can initiate on him so we can kill them and take there gear.
