In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
the reason i was banned was because i was selling aluminum with someone i just joined a gang with ( i dint even know we he was) and he was about to be robbed by some guys with assault rifles and all he had was a pistol; therefore he wanted me to go behind them and make both of them put their hands up. all i was going behind them the police turned up and saw me with the gun in my hands. furthermore, they made me put my hands on my head so i followed. over discord my friend told me that the police would take my brand new mx assault rifle away, so therefore i left the server thinking that i would just keep all my thinks. i know this was a bad decision and i should not have done left the server since it is extremely bad roleplay and it was not fun for me or the police since they could not do anything about it.

Why should we unban you ?
since i was new to the server and did not play any other serious roleplay servers i thought it was not a big deal to leave the server, but now i have read the rules a couple of time and understand how seriously i should take the server and the game i know that i will never break the rules. also i was a bit excited that i was having so much fun and i would really appreciate it if you could understand that this is my main server that all my friends play on. another reason i hope you can un-ban me for is that because i have matured and grown up i will take full responsibility for my actions in-game from now on since the consequences are much better then getting banned on the server i love.

also i didn't reply from my last unban appeal because i hadn't logged on to the site in a long time, sorry for wasting your time.

 
(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

You have one chance to convince me why I shouldn't action this as a permanent ban.

Please bare in mind I'm aware you've been here at least 2 months and have been warned by staff to read the rules in the past.

im not going to lie, when the other admins told me to read the rules i didn't. i knew that combat logging was one of the most serious rules and that i could get banned from it, from what my friends had told me. the one and only reason i combat logged was to save my gear and not go to prison; i have now realized that this was selfish and inappropriate. i will never combat log again because i now have read the rules and understand that losing my gear is a way better consequence than getting banned from my main server. and sorry again for wasting your time.

 
So if they told you to read the rules you still decided not to and you got banned as a result of your own stupidity? How can we trust enough you have read the rules this time

 
i promise you that i have read through the rules thoroughly about 3 times and now know that combat logging is one of the worst actions you can perform on the server and that it will never happen again, and sorry for my stupidity. 

 
well can you then also explain to me RDM and VDM, to see if you actually read them. 

 
Sorry for not replying straight away but i know rdm is when you kill someone without initiation such as telling them to get on the ground, and vdm is when you run someone over or ram someone , but that doesnt apply if you innitiated and are in MRAPS

 
[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).[/SIZE]

i believe that the only way i can truly show you that i wont break the rules is that you give me a second chance and trust that i have read the rules and know that they are serious and can not be broken. 

 
i will just wait it out and receive the consequences of my actions like anyone else would do.
