In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

Well Basically me and my 2 friends were strolling around in a quiln and we saw 2 cops in a cop car. So me and my friends thought oh they must have saw our guns so we decided to put our Quilns into the sea and hide there. once we thought they were gone me and my friends went back up and they were still there and the officer told us "have u guys saw a quiln with armed men" we decided to "rp" as u wish to say and say no we saw them go this way. the cop says ok let me check down here to see if its there he goes and checks the other cop goes alright u guys are gonna stay here or you will get tazed. Which i was told if someone is threatning to taze or shoot u its iniation BY AN ADMIN. so i rp and say ok sir i need to go do a pee so i run round a corner and he goes "o taze it is then" pull out his tazer and trys to taze but he missed and i shot. Also i did RP quite a lot so i dont know how i fail rp but im fine with it as long as i can discuss. Also in his report he said he tried to resolve he did not say anything to us or send us a message i would have been fine for him to give me a quick message to join ts and discuss what happend but to be completly honest he lied in his report by saying he tried to resolve when he said nothing about trying to resolve.

Why do you want to return ?

Well i want to return because i like the server me and my friends where having a lot of fun doing runs drugs etc.

Why should we unban you ?

Well i think you should unban me because There was no form in Trying to resolve the situation it was just a straight report and i was told saying dont run or ill taze u is an iniation. if the cop would like to discuss what happend i would have been more than fine to but he did not send any of us a message in direct or on our phones.

Erm im pretty sure i was talking to a staff member if i am correct but i could be wrong i know i shouldnt be talking like this about players truly sorry bout the lanuage due to The VDM situation.

 
I remember reading through this report when it was put up. It was at the time when staff had agreed at a rules meeting that it was acceptable to open fire if a threat had been made. This was reversed due to incidents like this, but at the time, advice given by staff was this was within the rules.

Before we go any further, given what I've just said, do you fully understand that what you did in your situation no longer acceptable, and shooting at someone is only an option once quality RP has taken place?

I Fully understand that my situation is no longer acceptable and it will never happen again just the fact he gave me a threat i thought it was ok but now i understand everything!

 
Given what you've said about the inappropriate language, and the fact your ban happened at a time when rules had changed, and there was a lot of confusion around this, I feel you deserve a second chance.
