In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned whilst waiting for a medic in game. there was no report posted on the forums. a group of player that i killed claiming rdm went into team speak and spoke the admin, which is not the right way of doing things. As they threatened me saying that they are freinds with the admin and ill be banned its turns out it was true. after going into the ts to speak with the admin he said he banned me for as they gave him evidence of rdm which is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cROn3u8WAmg&feature=youtu.be also he stated that these players are old members since the server had started. if that is true why is there music playing in there evidence vid. before i had a chance to show my video which is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYz5Uk48wD8 the admin went afk in ts for over a hour then never returned. i feel this is very unfair that i havent even had the chance to show my side of the story. surley these players should be punished by not following the correct procedures . in the un ban rules it say Unban Process Rules:

Do not contact admins via PM or on Team-speak about unbans! They are dealt with “on this forum only”, If you ignore this rule your appeal on the forums will be denied & closed. so how can they just go into ts to ban me ??????????????????? now iv been banned and lost all my gear as i was waiting for a medic !!!!!!!!!!!

I never said I was was friends with admins, I came in your channel for a polite explanation of where you failed your RP. I explained how 9/10 times this would end in a ban, and I said that if you would have been here longer and were active on these forums, you could have known that from the report a player section. I explained how my gang had a chat with you about a previous borderline RDM, video here https://youtu.be/cROn3u8WAmg 

Within like an hour after that, this video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVUggD1ow-c happened. After that video, above chat started in teamspeak.

After I explained things, I told them as far as I considered, it would go to the forums. Then one of his mates comes in, and one of mine as well. His friend actually claimed to be recording when things went sour so in that recording you will him break the line and call Blaze a little cunt. Blaze then lost his temper at which point I decided to move us both away from their channels and ask an ingame admin to keep an eye on them, expecting them to do it again. I showed Remix the footage linked above and he found it appropriate to ban the players. I did never, at any point, threathen with a ban. I explained to them how I usually forgive everyone as long as they promise to improve so it wont happen again. But this player and his gang got talked to an hour before this happens and yet do it again, in which case I do not believe they understand this community and what it is about. I agree procedures say do not bother admins on teamspeak, but game moderators are there to watch people ingame, and that was the intention I went to a game mod with the request to keep an eye on them. I never at any point asked Remix to ban anyone on the spot. As to the claims of being here for a long time, I did make these, but in regards to explaining him how this server works and getting him to understand it. I felt he was being a nice guy and polite about it, but his ingame attitude is one of minimal RP and taking any excuse to shoot at people, as is his gangs. And if we're spilling things that were said in a nice and polite talk like it was said as a threath, which I take as a personal insult, it also has to be said, and I quote him "Dude I'm from *community name removed*, we're just here to relax so are my friends''. I don't know how to take this, are they on a no risk attitude of giving zero fucks since they usually play somewhere else?

As this man feels he has not had his proper chance to defend himself as he would have had, for maybe half an hour since @Steph ♥ and @BratJaggesVlnd keep the report section cleaner than me moms bathroom, I have no problem with considering this a report a player topic and having one of you guys review all the evidence and then decide if @Remix made the right decision.

I spent a lot of time explaining the reasons for why the bans were issued to you guys, I then had to leave for an emergency since somebody came back from my flat almost paralytic so I had to help them, which I told you about. I also said that I would be back soon and will finish helping you guys understand that the level of roleplay in both cases was extremely poor and ultimately RDM.

@Khandamir/Paul Montanacame into my channel to give me a heads up on the sort of roleplay that you guys were performing throughout the night, I watched the videos and spectated the rest of the gunfire that you guys were involved in. Not at any point did he ask me to ban you guys, I made that judgement myself from what I had seen which was a lack of quality roleplay which is required on this server.

I tried to give you advice on what sort of compliance should've been issued such as making clear warnings and giving ample time for them to respond but you seem to have ignored it and still believe what you did in this situation was acceptable.

The second video me and confusion did not even kill anyone so there's no point even discussing that , I was waiting for 2 hours on ts last nite u never came back , u told me to put in a appeal so , I have . It's just unfair that u didn't make a post to see both sides of evidence u have just banned Us after watching their vids , this is crazy ! . Other mentors said last night that they watched both vids n see nothing wrong, I'm going to now upload my proof of them players meta gaming, 

Sorry Paul Montana , but why are u even commenting here anyway , this is a unban appeal not a discussion u of all people should know the rules regarding posts in the forums . I don't think you are a admin

@Lewdogg It seems you have some issues with proper reading as well as with proper roleplay. YOU complained about this not going through the right procedures, so I am replying here, in full risk of a warning point since the rules will apply for me too, to give you that chance. As I said in my last part of my reply; I am fine with this being viewed as a report a player topic. If the admins think Remix was in the wrong, they can unban you without this counting as a ban. That way, you had the same chance everyone else would have got on the forums.

Also, I am looking forward to the video of us metagaming, as I am sure we did not @Lewdogg . Where it concerns the mentors who saw nothing wrong, there are three video's, one from your perspective and two from ours, in which you do the same thing three times. You issue ''compliance'' in the form of shouting at a driving car from a concealed position to ''stop the car'' and if it doesn't happen in two seconds, you start shooting.

I would very much like to hear which mentors thought there was nothing wrong with this.

I will now also link this, which I already did in a hidden post since I am pretty sure you convienently did not link it yourself as it incriminates you. This is a secondary video from their side showing another very poor initiation and it shows the kills of Blaze and Leonid from your perspective. You can even hear one of you their guys saying not to initiate and not to shoot, yet they do and they seem very pleased about getting two more kills.

All in all, gathering the 4 video's, two from each side, I feel pretty damn safe to say you guys totally do not understand the meaning of serious roleplay.

As said, if a moderator wants to warning point me for this, I am willing to accept it. I am merely trying to give you a fair chance, even tho my gut says it will make no difference. We had a chat an hour before the second two video's and it solved nothing, you guys just went on with it.

Summary: Car gets spiked, compliance gets issued toward people IN car from concealed position, people leave car in panic and get sprayed down. nd theres music playing because the guy recording listens to music when he plays, i dont see how that has anything to do with how long we have been on this server (since OP questioned this in his first post)

Summary: Car gets spot, hits spikes, people step out, warning about being armed gets shouted, between 00:13 where people exit car and hands up gets shouted and 00:20 where shots are fired. Beware that people in the car did not see any armed men nor were given a real chance to comply. Also note how this Tempest drives by, totally not involved and they just can't wait to shout at eachother to shoot that too, even tho no compliance was issued to that guy and he was going full speed.

Second situation, about an hour after it was talked about in TS:

summary: we drive around near diamond processing, spot a truck that looks spiked. Car drives past the spiked truck slowly with two UNARMED men in. At 0:17 you hear: Stop the car. Driver panicks and says go go go go. Then at 0:20 shots start and at 0:30 both people in the car are dead. Again zero chance to comply, and minimal initiation/compliance issued and within seconds used the ''non compliance'' as reason to shoot.

Summary:

Car drives by, someone asks if they can shoot. Someone says no, someone else shouts ''stop the car'' and shoots within two seconds. They they realize they killed us, realize its us again and having a right laugh about it. A little discussion about wether it was initiated takes place, one guys says no, other one says yes. At 00:22 you hear: stop the car and at 00:25 shots are fired.

To close this all off:

Let's see this as a report a player topic. Let the admin review this all. If they feel you were not breaking rules, im fine with an unban and not noting it for a final chance. If they agree, the ban can be upheld and someone can make a decision on the appeal. That way, any favoritism can be excluded, since I do not want this to look like I just wanted you banned because I got killed. I want you guys banned because for me it was proven you have no clue about serious RP. Having a chat about borderline RP with a long standing community member only to do the same thing to the same people in an hour proves this to me. But since I am deeply involved in this, I will not be the one to action or deny this appeal.

@BratJaggesVlnd @Steph ♥ can you look into this as a report a player topic and give a verdict?

@Wilco @Neo Maybe one of you guys can get through to him. I think since I am not an admin, he doesn't care much for my perspective but you guys have all the evidence, two situations, four video's from two perspectives.

I haven't read all the text as I am not home, but I have read the key parts and i've watched the videos. @Lewdogg If this would have been in Report a Player i would have issued bans. This isn't even roleplay it is just RDM and at best just an excuse to shoot. On my part I think it is very good you are banned so you can think about your level of roleplay and if Altis Life is actually the game mode for you..
