I didn't give the guy enough time to comply and killed him instantly plus I failed to RP properly since I only said "hands up or I'll shoot".

Why should we unban you ?
So I wanted to go into the handgun store and I saw someone in the store so I thought that I should rob them. When I told him to put his hands up or I'll shoot he instantly pulled out a gun. Now, I know this was because he bought a gun and it automatically brings it up but it was synced so well that when I told him to put his hands up he pulled out the gun in the same moment so I thought that he was going to try and shoot me so I shot him instantly. I would've gave him more than enough time to comply if he wouldn't have pulled out the gun, again, I know it's not his fault and it's totally my fault for not waiting but I got panicked when I saw him pull the gun and didn't think before shooting. The other reason would be that I love playing this game and especially this mod, there are other RP servers but they are not "as rp" as this one plus it's pretty popular and I've got other friends playing on it. I got the game like 4-5 days ago and that's when I started playing RP. I read the rules and learnt some stuff from my friend that already played RP at that time so I knew what I can do and what I can't and shouldn't do.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

I didn't give the player enough time to comply with my order since I killed him after a second I gave my order and I failed to create a quality roleplay by saying "hands up or I'll shoot you"

First of all I would give the player time to comply with my order even if it would me that I would get killed and second of all I would try to role-play the situation way better.
