In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned after a report was made on me by a fellow player named Rodriguez.(Note this is my second unban appeal because the first one was considered "Poor quality" so im trying my chances again. The whole situation was as followed : me and my friend were trying to mug someone on the server for the first time , i did read the rules before but i thought i could force rp immidietly after my victim was trying to escape, but now i realised after being told so by rodriguez that you need to give the person at least 5 seconds to react which i did not do , i am really sorry for breaking this rule and i read the whole rules once again just to be sure that i wont make anything thats against the rules of this server once again.

Why should we unban you.
Because i really like the server and i am really sorry for not following the rules properly. I can assure i will follow all the rules on the server and i wont do anything stupid that could couse any harm to the server, or its players because thats not a thing that is fun for anyone and now that i realised that blaming everything on rodriguez was a foolish move (even tho i know he is right) and i really would not like my adventure on this server to end in that way so i really hope for a second chance!

5 seconds is not really a rule. It is more about the situation, the realism.. You can't just be like: Hands up 321 bam you're dead.. Depending on the situation, you would try to convince someone to surrender, threathen him with actual violence, not just ''issue compliance'' and then shoot when the person is probably trying to contemplate whats happening after 3 seconds.

Please tell me in your own words how you would proceed with the same situation in hindsight?

I would let the person pass or just try to stop him in anyway by shooting his wheels at first or trying to chase him with my car, but probably after this situation, i would just let him go  for sure not kill him just try to stop his car and get him out of it

Shooting the wheels without saying anything isn't exactly great roleplay. I would like you to describe this scenario, but with good roleplay. @Lemon Haze

I would try hijacking the car by making a chase after him or convincing him to pull over, Tell him to get out of the car and put his hands on his head , whilst having my gun point on him , Rob him out of his money and try to steal his car if possible, if he would refuse to do any of my commands (IF NECESSARY) shoot him and lockpick his car
