From my rude behavior towards SPC Captain C and metagaming.
Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned because i thoroughly enjoy this server when everyone is having a good time as the game play can be amazing in it from the RP to the combat with others. I realised that my irresponsible behavior isnt something that is allowed on the server and i need to stop doing it as it can get me in this same situation again. When i started to stop playing this server from other things coming in the way i must have either forgot some of the rules or didnt check back up on them, as i knew i wasnt allowed to fly in green zones but i didnt know about not being allowed to fly within 300m incase roleplay is broken. I will check back up on the rules and nail it into my head about what i can and cannot do. I admit that what i said about Captain C was wrong of me to do it as it is against rule 1.4 but again i must have forgotten that rule, and it wont happen again. For the metagaming my perception on that was you can find what someones name is but aslong as you dont use it to effect your gameplay as i heard it from someone and i havent been told different since by others, but i must have heard it from the wrong person.
I do try to stick to the rules and it is only when i get annoyed i start to break them, this has been the only time getting told off for it, so ill take it as a slap on the wrist to not do this again. All of this happened because i was an idiot and took the advice i got from someone too far and stretched them and tried to get my way round it. While i thought that Captain C's roleplay was terrible it was, in fact, really good as what Jamz said he used his real life job to give me facts, but again i used false information given to me to try and get my way round it, as i thought it was 'Power gaming', even though i didnt have a clue what that was until my gang members told me.
I have learned from this ban that i shouldnt take others peoples advice too literal and use that as an excuse to think im right when im not, and to always make sure that im following the rules and not breaking them, as i usually ask my gang members if i can or cannot do it as they are most up to date on the rules as i stopped playing for a few months, for example i didnt know whether or not i could run away if the cuffs broke as i was restrained for too long so i asked my gang members and they said i cant unless its been over 10 minutes. I know that isnt a big thing but its improving my memory of how the rules properly work.
I was fully in the wrong here as once i seen the absolute destroying comment by Jamz explaining what everything went wrong in the video of what happened in TS i understood fully why my roleplay was bad and Captain C's wasnt. Sometimes i can be arrogant and think im right and the other person is wrong so i wont accept what they are trying to do, and i am trying my best to now change this.
This server is one of the best and well organised RP servers i have been on even though it doesnt have a whitelist filter, it shows the admins are doing a good job and im sorry for saying otherwise. Please reconsider this ban and ill assure you that you wont hear a peep out of me again. Thank you.
