I was frustrated with my ban so I decided to msg the staff member which banned me. I let my emotions get the best of me and called him an inappropriate word. I regret my actions, but at the time I let my emotions get to me.

Why should we unban you ?
I am very sorry that I called a staff member a rude term. I should of dropped it like he said, but I was to stubborn. I hope I can make it up to him and hopefully he can accept my apology

Why should I even begin to humour you if you're going to go out of your way to be abusive towards my colleagues? 

Why should I not straight up deny this and slap you with the perm ban that you probably deserve?
