Personally, I think I was banned because the evidence given on the ban report (which was later removed) wasn't very sufficient but I was still banned because I had been banned in the past and that was evidence enough to ban me. The incident in question was me driving near the outskirts of Kavala and I saw in front of me some rebels fixing a stolen police car in the middle of the road, I thought to swerve around them as it was nearly restart and I wanted to store my car away in the garages in Kavala. As I swerved to the left of the vehicle one of the rebels ran out from behind the vehicle and I hit him. I think it was my fault I got banned because I didn't stop to ask if he was OK because I was afraid they were going to rob me, which was my fault entirely as I should've role played it out, but I didn't as I had my most expensive vehicle on me and I didn't want to get robbed as I said before I now realize this was completely my fault and I apologize.
Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me as the ban in my opinion and one of the mentors at the time believed I should have received a warning for not role playing it out rather than get banned through report a player on the forums. I believe the player who reported me didn't do it because he thought it was the right thing to do by the rules but rather it was fun to do because his description of himself at the time was something along the lines of "harm me and you'll get reported" and also he had a reputation among other players for doing a lot of reports. I now realize that it was my fault though at the current time for not role playing but I still stand by that it was not VDM as he walked out in front of my car. If I do get unbanned I will keep this experience in mind to try and improve future role playing thereby helping mine and other's immersion.
