I was banned because i stole a car from another player, in a greenzone.
Why should we unban you.
First of all, when i played on your server, i was very new to Arma 3. I had read the rules, and was aware that stealing from a greenzone wasn't allowed. But the reason why i stole the car (I know there isn't really an excuse for stealing) was that someone stole my car right before me. I wasn't aware that it was a greenzone, as i was in a hurry to find my friend, so i loaded a car and was going to get into the drivers seat. But before i was able to do that, someone went into the car before me and drove off. I got very frustrated, and thought that maybe it was allowed to steal where I was, since I didn't think anyone would steal the car.
So because I was so frustrated, I went and stole the car from the other user in the garage. I realize now it was extremely childish and to be honest, super stupid. After i drove a couple of hundred of meters, I accidentally crashed the car and ran off, as the police was chasing me. I didn't see the messages from the owner of the car in the chat. After hiding for some minutes i was found and arrested by a police officer.
Hindsight is 20/20, and I hope you'll understand how much i regret my actions that evening. Thank you for reading my appeal.
