In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned: My teammates initiatived on some guys, and two of their friends were dead and getting revived. (i knew they was their friend because they told the medic "revive my friends") so the only posible wahy i think is that i was to far away, from the original initiative. and that would trigger the RDM ban
Why should we unban you.: Because i like playing on this server, and now i have learned and will be alot more carefull!

I don't get what went on here. @Drewcan you shine a light on this? 

 
Firefight near the Oil trader. Quite a bit of time had past since the last shot was fired and medics arrived on scene due to no shots. Couple of minutes later whilst medics are in RP he just comes from a distance and straight shoots them in the face without initiation. If he had come to the scene after this long after and initiated I wouldn't of banned him.

 
@Drew one of my gang member told the guys they should drop their guns. they didn't. thye just told us "nope dude, sorry" some thing like that. and my crew member kept telling them. and then one of the "enemies" come over to the medic. and asked him if he could revive them. one got revived. and then i told the medic to dont revive the other downed man. but it was to late. and I personaly thinked we gave them way to many warnings, so i shot and killed them both. In my eyes it would't be RDM. you were one of the medics?

Right, although you say you gave them many warnings bud. Combat had ended much before that hence whilst medics was reviving. This is the part in where you should have initiated again as everyone thought it was clear as multiple minutes had past without shots. I understand your view but another initiation was needed as gun fight had ended ages ago and medical RP had begun for a number of minutes.
