In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I'm still confused why I was banned as no rule breaks were quoted, I reported 2 player for breaking the rules written in stone and Auxen decided to completely ignore those rules and ban me instead. From my understanding whenever someone shoots at your vehicle combat is initiated. You can see in my video I was waiting for the medic to leave (I thought he was leaving not just arriving at the time) so that I could land, initiate on the police and then save 2 allied gang members.

Before I had a chance to do anything I was shot out of the sky without giving me anytime to think what I was about to do next and when I got out of the heli they immediately initiated on me so I killed them. In no way was this baiting which was suggested, you can even hear me say at the start of my video lets land and initiate on them.

Why should we unban you ?
I still don't feel that me being banned with no rules quoted and no action taken against people breaking the rules to be a fair outcome. I think that Auxen got it wrong and would like either a second opinion or atleast an explanation to why I was banned given that no rule breaks took part on my behalf, and that auxen is a police colleague with the people I reported.

Right. I have just looked at the video on your report and I will tell you the following reasons for your ban.

Firstly you report 2 officers for (3.8.1) & (3.8.2) now despite them not actually giving you 2 mins to comply, you we're given more then enough time to comply and you was there with a very loud heli interrupting some roleplay, therefore the cops had every right to shoot you down as you are not going to send an ATC to a heli within touching distance of you this is purely commonsense.  

Now to the reason you was banned.

You are there hovering over them for a while and didn't move despite being asked and waiting for you to be shot down and then shoot back without you initiating. Even in your video you can hear them kindly asking you to leave yet you decided this is what you wanted and then not happy with the outcome some people would say that you was playing the game to the finest of details regarding the rules. 

So the rules that you have broke are as follows

(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

Key area is the example part > Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back. < Which is what you did.

Which also then lead on to you breaking this rule.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

The words you say are "ermm what the fuck was that, what was that" then bang bang therefore RDM.
