You were banned for 1.2, which in your case was you shouting a racist remark at someone out of childish rage.

You than come here and make a one sentence appeal when you damn well know why you are banned. Anyhow, 1.2 is a permanent ban therefore you need to appeal differently than a normal ban, you'd need to appeal here instead:
