In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think I was banned for making circles which apparently is known as baiting a chase and not giving enough time to comply with my orders.

Why should we unban you ?
The reason why I think I should be given a second chance is because I know I messed up and learned a big lesson from it, and promise to be more careful with my initiations and if I am in a chase I will have normal chase instead of making circles in a chase is considered baiting. I am the only one to blamed for my actions therefore I am sincerely sorry for my actions and apologize to ruffles , spoon and leea for the bad experience I wont do it again. I know how long you have been here does not count on unban appeals as we are all fairly judged when it comes to reports/appeals but I would like to have my second chance and continue on this community and promise to not make these mistakes again. Once again I am sorry for letting down my friends as they would never expect me to do such things but as humans we all make mistakes and this was my first big mistake. Once again sorry to ruffles spoon and leea I would love to come back and continue to have fun from a fresh start with a more friendly in-game character.

Goddamit, I should probably search player id first...

That player report is a complete mess so I wan't a simple and decisive answer here. Was this resolved through team speak prior to the report.

Second Could I get a video of the entire situation start through finish, I couldn't find anything to that effect on the player report.

(THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION I WANT CONCRETE PROOF)

Unfortunately I do not have a full recording. I only have the one the video where we are in the liaison room and people start leaving, and like in the video you hear people sounding like it is all good and leave. I am sorry it sounds repetitive but like I said in the report and here I only have this video and I can swear on my life this is my all I have not edited or cropped at all

This was not resolved in teamspeak prior to the report. I initially brought up the incident after being called to the liaison room by Kral due to him being lethal'd by Spoon. I brought up how i felt that it was RDM and baiting but Kral did not agree or see anything wrong. Roughly halfway through i had to leave and I am not present in the video posted above. The video is Kral and Spoon resolving the issue of him being lethal'd.

At no point did i say we had resolved this issue.

 
@RufflesThank you for reuploading this. And I'm not certain what happened in teamspeak but please be careful to make sure a situation was not resolved before posting reports, if nothing else but to save me the headache.

As for the resolving on teamspeak I get teh impression that Spoons and Kral sorted it after Ruffles left but I may just be reading between teh lines here.

But ultimately Kral, In this video you blatantly bait and RDM, This is shit role play and I would expect significantly better from you. Waiting for someone to shoot the tires to then shoot back immediately, shooting straight after a demand has been issued, etc is not quality roleplay.

From what I gather you have been removed from the UNMC, however I am going to ask @Edgar Villeto enforce a permanent blacklist, which you may appeal after 6 months but ultimately is the generals decision.

I think this is your first ban, or at least am unable to find anything that would suggest otherwise so this is as far as this will go.
