In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So - after about a week of roleplay with 'CI Joe' and 'DI Ponty' where I would give them information about Ascension for money, I was always roleplaying the information to both officers and never gave information out of roleplay. So after a few meetings with 'CI Joe' I received a recording of my gang saying they "hopped on" - which OOC (//.....) I relayed to CI Joe, he then passed this information to Vladic Ka, and he proceeded to ban the members who "hopped on". So as revenge they reported me for racism, which I will FULLY admit I did willingly as apart of the "snake test" I said a phrase which I take full responsibility for and fully regret my action at the time. I think I was just being stupid with my "friends" and didn't think they'd use this to get me banned.

So at first Robbie banned me without coming to me and discussing the action of my ban, and not allowing me to defend my self - which he has full right of doing, however I believe he could of maybe addressed me with the situation before banning me, I then contacted Vladic Ka through the website to try and see if we could talk about my ban, so kindly he unbanned me and allowed me to discuss this with him, I tried my hardest to defend my case yet it was clearly not enough.

So after speaking to Vladic Ka about my ban he, and a few others; Aiden, Robbie and Edgar decided I was to be banned, as my last request I wanted to say goodbye to my good friends in the Police I had made over the few months I was in the community, yet denied this small courtesy so then Robbie banned me:

Like I said before I fully accept my ban reason and think that my words were unnecessary and vulgar beyond contestation

Why should we unban you ?
I personally can't think of a suitable reason for you as a team to un-ban me, as the team do a great job keeping hackers, and other people alike off the community.

I know you are thinking that I have to wait six months to appeal an un ban - yet Edgar allowed me to un-ban today from the kindness of his heart, yet informed me about that fact that the Staff will decide my judgement by the rules and not about who I am.
Additionally, I was going to join the Police anyway after I had been kicked out of Ascension, meaning that if I was unbanned, I would stay at the lower ranks and make sure I learn from my mistake, as well as Police command making sure I don't screw up again - which I can assure you wont.
The fact that this is my first real offence does not exclude me from performing this hay-nous act or discrimination. However I don't feel like the 2 people in the room were offended at all since they were laughing in the channel.

So I believe I should be unbanned because I feel discrimination only occurs when someone if offended, and if the staff team heard the recording they would, here the two other members laughing, not talking any clear offence - so i'll not beat around the bush, and say that this WAS a revenge report, and my ban was unjust and only possible due to them wanting revenge

I don't really know how to approach this one as it's a difficult one to deal with. Let's get some facts out the way.

At the end of the day you was banned for being racist, the reason you did this was to pass a "snake test" which lead to this ban.

Firstly 

Discrimination of any kind is a big no no here. So why should I give you a second chance.

Why would you say something like that to pass a "snake test" sounds like the biggest trap of all for something. It's basically saying O say something bad and ill record it and one day when you annoy me ill report you and get you banned. 

You are correct in this being a revenge report. However due to the extend of what was said is why you was banned and given the chance to appeal.

However it is hard to think of a reason to unban you for the things that you said.

So What can you bring to the community?

How will you prevent this happening again if you we're to be unbanned?

First of all I'd like to thank you for taking your time to read through my un-ban appeal and even considering unbanning me.

So to answer your questions yes, I did it as a snake test as like the report says I was apart of a massive roleplay situation where I had to stay at the height of the Gang Command structure, so as a way to gain my trust they asked me to do a snake test - and I'd been working on this gang for about 2-3 weeks now, and I wasn't going to let that work, and the work of others go to waste.

I KNOW that this is NO reason to be racist and what I did was extreme in the ways of the gods (pardon the cringe) yet I feel like this wouldn't of come to light if they didn't ge banned and wanted revenge, which is why I felt so unjust about the situation.

I will agree with you - it is very hard to find a reason to un-ban me and if I were in your shoes I'd find this very difficult as well.

I still have a lot more to give to the community, like donations, roleplay, and the good old firefight once in a while. Don't get me wrong, in my 6 months here I haven't really shown my self in the community apart from putting at least 2-3 hours on the server a day, even through my exams, I still find the time to come and give people quality roleplay and a good experience, as after all that's what this community was founded on.

To prevent this from happening again, I feel that I will choose my crowd of friends more carefully and not allow them to "snake test" me again, If this happens - I will definitely remove my self from the situation, which I SHOULD of done in the first place to avoid all this.

Like I said before Robbie, you have no real reason to un-ban me as what I said was horrendous, all I ask is for one more chance, and you'll see a massive improvement in the reports about me, hopefully all positive and no negative in the future.

After consulting with other Staff members about this ban, and a lot of talking about it behind the scene, it has come to the decision that we are giving you a chance.

However, before that happens I would like to point some things out.

1. Snake tests participants will get banned, it is a horrible idea and this ban is not a "Oh everyone who got this kind of ban, will get unbanned!" every case will be dealt with individually.

2. This is racism, no question about it. Don't ever do it.

3. I am putting a 6 month last chance on you, meaning if you get banned in the next 6 months for events happening within that time period, it will be permanent. This is because, it is a quite unauthodox one. 

4. I will encourage you to join the Police, it helps a lot with learning the lines.
