Why should we unban you ?
I am very sorry and I will own up to my mistakes. I admit it was not an accident, I ran them over on purpose. I was being a fool driving around the parking lot like that and it was bound to happen. But, I truly love the server, its people, and my clan. I want to come back and I have read the rules and became a better person. It's my first and the last ban I will ever have. I seriously meant no harm my clan and my ally were ok with it so I thought no harm done. I also did it in a green zone so they wouldn't get hurt. I hope you can give me one more chance to prove to you and the community that I have it inside me to be a great roleplayer and a friendly person. This is the best server I have ever played on and I have now were else to go. I would like to add to this that if you're wondering why am I summiting the same ban appeal again its because I was declined for a misunderstanding and I was told by an admin to reapply. I was declined for "racial slurs" and ban evading which is false. I talked to 3 admins who said that I'm not the guy who said the "racial slurs" because we play different game modes and we have nothing alike. The reason we had the similar IP addresses and name because of a program called Nvidia Geforce Now this allows Mac users like me and some windows users to experience games at 60fps. This makes it where you are going to have the same IP because its a virtual machine hosted my Nvidia and the same default name "Kiosk". I know this because I talked to my friend who used to own this account and he never had the name "Kiosk".

I broke the rule (2.1). We have this rule in place because I ran over some people in a green zone

 
Quote the rule in it's entirety. We didn't put this rule in place because 'you' ran over some people in the green zone. It was put in for another reason and Jefke is asking you to explain in your own words why you think this rule exists.

Your appeal will go much quicker if you take the time to read what's being asked of you, and answer in detail. 

 
The rule exists to enhance roleplay and stop people from blatantly running people over without no roleplay reason. It is also put in so people don't use their car as a weapon.

We'll explore the ban evasion in more detail soon, however, the account you claim didn't belong to you was banned because the player operating it called some one the N word.

One look at your steam profile whilst investigating the ban evasion uncovered many screenshots of you also using the N word in a derogatory term. I also note you were banned from another altis life roleplay server for being homophobic.  In addition, the other account you claim not to be associated with you, both seem to play on the same servers within a few days of each other. One in particular, Asylum : Altis Life | HOUSING | PERM GANGS | TERRITORY | Vig.

Here at RPUK we have a strict anti discrimination policy. What do you have to say for yourself regarding what I've said above?

 
First off, the n-word on my profile was posted by my friend which he used to play on this account but now doesn't. He is black so he does say the n-word a lot. I want to point out that those words were never posted in the servers chat box and that screenshot is not intended to hurt someone's feelings it's his friend and him messing around in a combat tag's rust server. The part about the Asylum server, the guy who said the n-word did say it in a roleplay server, so I don't doubt that he has played on other roleplay servers like Asylum which is very popular. The part about me getting banned for homophobia, see this is a very sensitive subject I already made a ban appeal for that on the other server and was unbanned if you want to know more you can read the ban appeal. Finally, I think whoever said the n-word uses a virtual machine like me to play video games and says the n-word to get other users banned.

So this steam account isn't even yours? and you're saying your friend posted from your account, under your name? 

This smells like a huge pile of lies if you ask me. I'd advise telling the truth.

 
First off I came this far I'm not going to lie. Like I said he no longer uses this account so its mine. Yes, he did post that on my profile when he used to play on this account. He also posted it way before I even got the account. I got the account 12/10/2017 btw. I can also prove that my friend used to own this account and posted the n-word. For the proof contact me I can give you old screenshots of chat msgs when i got the account or you can talk to him over discord. People post bad things every day on their profiles but does it really mean they break rules? If you investigate more I will promise you I didn't post that n-word and I have no relations with the guy who did. Also, I was accused of saying the n-word just because we had similar IP's, see that's going to happen because it's hosted from NVIDIA and we use their virtual machine. I posted that picture above to show you that IP goes to NVIDIA corporation. Also, for the proof contact me i can give you old screenshots of chat msgs or you can talk to him

Going back to the ban quickly, something wasn't answered here which I want to see.

Why did you lie to the admin about our intentions? Why claim it was an accident then proceed to run away once caught.
