I shouted in the Side chat "you fucking retard" because I was mad on the person who had destroyed my brand new truck.

Why should we unban you.
I am just a very good person in RP, It will never happen again, I will better control myself and I will report the player who is failrping, I had a very nice time on the server and I hope I can get on again.

Isn't their a different way to deal with this instead of going straight to OOC chat?

yes there is a different way to solve this problem, You can call an ambulance and maybe RP with them so they can bring you to the police and find the guy.

after the NLR you can check the location of the truck and maybe there is still someone.

you can go on teamspeak/forum to report the player if he is failRping.

No, you can not check on the truck "after NLR"... can you please describe the NLR rule to me in your own words?

 
NLR means that you cannot enter the location where you died in 15 min, because i would be failrp if your there and randomly shoot somebody. that would be RDM aswell because with the NLR you woldnt recognise the person that stole your truck/car, killed you.

I'd suggest you actually look up the NLR rule on our Rules-page and then provide me with a correct, and detailed, description of how NLR works.

the NLR means that your character forgets every information and memories thats leading up there dead, you cannot enter a radius of 1000m around the last position you died for 15 min. When you died but it was a RDM life goes on and you report the player.
