In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned for combat storing even though the rules states that sirens don't initiate RP.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3C) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense.

Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or a unappealable ban depending on the admins decision).
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I was just trying to have some fun with the 2 officers (DSGT Xsum & SGT Procter) as i am good friends with them in game and on teamspeak. but i dont know how this is trolling and i wont do it agian. i hope that i get a last finel chance.

Incorrect. Sirens don't initiate RP on you so you can't shoot the police. You initiate RP for the police when you were trolling with the ifrit. 

From what I have heard you trolled the police with your illegal vehicle then drove to the garage and stored it while they were chasing you to prevent any further potential RP and to save it if you were stopped. Is this correct? If it is how can you not see why what you did was exploiting?

 
To whom it may concern:

The situation from my perspective is I was on a NIU patrol and we were near the airport terminal sorting out a situation with a GoKart dangerous driver. An Athira unit radioed that they were currently in pursuit of an Ifrit heading torwards the airport. We went to intercept, when all units converged on the Ifrit, and saw it get stored into the airport hanger garage. At this point the vehicle was being chased with lights/sirens, and the driver was restrained who turned out to be Kieron. Instead of banning him for the storing (Other admins have said in the past it's a form of exploiting, even though it's not on the rules) I let them play it out. He told the cops dealing with him that he would pull it out, and then suddenly he pulled out a quadbike, got on it, and started to drive in circles.

At that point I had already conversed with admins on Whatsapp and Vladic said it's bannable.  After the fact I spoke with Kieron and he said his intent was friendly banter, and that he was going to pull out the Ifrit when he joked with [TI] Robert about his quadbike, however his intent afterwards was to still break out the Ifrit to have it scrapped.

From a game admin perspective: 

I had reports of him trolling cops by baiting them with an Ifrit previous times after he was banned. Although I was on police patrol, we had at least 6+ cops say "WTF hes trolling and combat storing." Before anyone accuses me of being biased, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and immediately notified the full admins of the situation, and was told a ban was justified.

From my personal perspective:

I have no bias or dislike for Kieron. I actually generally like the guy, and I take no pleasure in this. He said it best in our conversation "I was just trying to have fun with the cops because there's nothing else for us rebels to do." I believe his intent was to have fun, however, since a few cops had expressed complaints, I felt that I had to bring it to the admins attention, and do my duty.

That's not what I heard. I heard you were arguing the point about RP being initiated and that combat storing was not in the rules. Restrain glitching isn't in the rules but people still get banned. You took up time of our admin team while doing this and that causes issues. Who did you tell that you were going to get the vehicle out and how long after you were told you were getting banned did you say it?

He spoke with me on Teamspeak shortly after the ban was issued. Just to let you know it was a civil discussion with no yelling, fighting, etc... He pointed out for his defense that it wasn't in the rules. I explained that I've been told it's an exploit (Which I do consider it) and that I did message the team. I did explain that the rule of sirens do not initiate RP is for the intent of people not to open fire on police cars.

He did say he was going to get the vehicle out, and asked me to unban him so he could log back in, get with the police, and allow them to scrap it.

I told him based on this situation, and previous complaints, he would need to file an unban appeal.

New info in. What friends were you having fun with when you did the exact same thing last night in Athira?

i know what i was doing was not the best of my decisions and i do appologise for being daft at times and i know i should not of stored the ifrit or got the quad bike out but i am good friends with SGT Proctor and i did it mostly for the banter aspect and i did not wish for it to go this far and for that i appologise  i hope you can understand that i am truely sorry.i hope to learn and improve from this situation and hope i can be given the chance to do so

 
From my perspective i decided to have a drive in my ifrit and on bringing it back to the garage drove past some officers in athira  they ran to the garage from that station and arrived at the garage after the ifrit was stored ?  i had no interation with them at all and didnt even notice they had seen the ifrit again if i have broken a rules please inform me of it so i know not to do it again but from my perspective i was in the right and had not initiated anything with anyone and i do appologise if wires were crossed anywhere hopeully you can understand my perspective

 
I understand that all you do here is troll. You have given me no reason to unban you only stating that you would get it back out after the call to ban you was made. This is exploiting and trolling and is not what we expect of our member base.
