2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because my game crashed during me about to be arrested. witch looked like me leaving to avoid punishment/arrest/to keep my money. in my previous un-ban appeal ( that got denied)(https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/102513-un-ban-appeal-keron-070318-denied-lying/) I provided a scree shot.

Why should we unban you ?
Because as i said in my lass appeal i crashed, and in the screen shot i had task manger open because when I crash in games as it is then easy to restart join and continue with RP, as my PC is not the greatest meaning most games crash. i also joined team speak with cop who made the ban app and he said what i should do to move forward and what i should do if this was to happen again. I asked if he wanted to continue with RP he said No, so i went on to RP with friends.

The problem we have here is we have clear evidence, even from yourself, of your arma crashing which produced an error message that generally only occurs when the process is killed by task manager.

Are you saying that you didn't kill it via task manager at all or did arma 3 crash and you then killed the process after?

 
How does that work? If Arma crashes there is no need for you to end the process since the game and files have already shut. 

The game freezing and crashing are two separate things. I'm beginning to feel you don't want to be apart of this community, with the lies that are being told. 

 
What i mean is that the game just stopped ( crashed ) So i killed it so i can join back and continue with RP. in witch the OFC said no

 
I'm genuinely struggling to believe that your game actually crashed and that you didn't close it through task manager yourself. besides from task manager being open in the screenshot in an actual game crash scenario you'd likely be stuck in place moving but instead you stopped swimming for a few seconds and then disconnected which makes me almost certain you did indeed close your game manually. 

I'm going to give you one last chance to tell the truth.

did you close your game? please tell the truth this time, as it might end up determining whether you get unbanned or not.
