In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was flying my helicopter and then my pc crashed and my friend let me know that we crashed into the police then when I tried to log back in the admin already banned me before I could explain

Why should we unban you ?
I got my pc on Christmas day and since then I have been addicted to playing this server, me and my gang have been progressing vastly and wish to carry on progressing in this server. I think the community is great and I respect the rules and would never brake them

The disconnect message was that of an abort and not that of a time out due to Steam Client not responding I actually remember this situation well, you told me how I wasn't allowed to swear and then ran to the admins to tell them how I was swearing in RP.

When the admins weren't too bothered by my RP, you proceeded to hover above my helicopter so that I could not take off, then you crashed into the Heli blowing up yourself and the officers below.

Shortly after you aborted.

Is this ringing any bells?

 
this was not the case i took off in my helicopter then a message came on my  screen about my pc shutting down then it kicked me off the game and my pc turned off

 
As far as logs are concerned I could believe that you did disconnect. However, I too was in this situation and I very distinctly remember that before the VDM incident took place, you were complaining to staff on the beach about Samuel swearing at you. It seems like "convenient" timing that you have an argument with staff and then suddenly take off and VDM them straight after doesn't it?

It isn't necessarily directly related to this appeal so I don't see why you wouldn't be honest about it. Are you completely certain that you were not that person? What were you doing before you took off?

 
Hello Kelan,

After reading all the information given here in the appeal, I`ve come to a simple conclusion. Am going to let you continue playing here again, but please check those issue you were having with your computer so that this doesn`t happen again.

Hopefully your system is running smoothly now, if any issues you continue to have that might affect your gameplay please contact staff in our teamspeak channels.
