I was banned for rdm? Altough it's not true.

Why should we unban you ?
I'm innocent, I was banned due to some shitty report that was literally edited, the part where I killed the guy was edited with no voice, or the important parts. I killed the cop because he kept shouting "Come on, who's next" and he was aiming his gun at me, I did warn him but he didn't put it away so i shot at him, it's ridiculous that I didn't get to reply and was banned straight away for the shittest reason possible, and it's so crystal clear that the video is edited to be on his side...

Okey, if you say so, I'm sorry for what I did, and those insults were late at night, I was tired and got killed for no reason, I contacted an admin and he said he'll keep an eye on them, when the harm was already done. I apologise for my actions, won't happen again. The time I killed those people without any rp was like my first hour, I was still getting used to the server. I apologise and I can comp all their weapons.

But after watching this, this doesnt look well on your side @Kacperowski on the evidence that has been given.

 the video isn't edited in my favour it was edited to cut down render time due to wanting to report as quick as i can and having a slow PC , i did say who's going to try to kill next me after i shot the guy, but what has that got to do with anything, as im aware that isn't any form of initiation, also my gun was not raised towards you and you didn't say a word so don't lie it wont help, also you killed me for no reason we didn't threaten or even show any form of aggression to you this was RDM no denying it, and another thing in the video i have my gun lowered, from my view you was probably on the radio to your friend who killed me and he was prompting you to kill me as i was only shot whilst my gun was lowered and i turn my attention away from you and towards the others around me.

this video show's that i shot the guy who RDM'd my friend then lower my gun then hit the save on my recording button which jerks my camera to the right as it is situated on my number 1 key on the number pad, i was then shot with no warning at all as you can tell by my reaction i was confused, here is the full recording of the situation which isnt much longer and is all i had due to me saving what happened then re-recording the other situation, anyone who uses nvidia shadow play will know once a clip is recorded the set time you put to pre-record is delete and in my case another 2;30 time frame is started these two clips are about 2-3 seconds during that 2-3 seconds he picks up the gun then the next clip starts, he did not say a word to me!  

and just to clear anything up if you initiated on me and i failed to comply i would not have reported you, use some common sense.

my friend was killed first?, and no matter what the situation is you cant break the rules, i suggest reading them before you joining the server 

 
I didn't see that your friend was killed first, I only came when the shooting happened, I picked up the gun and shot you since you were the one who shot my friend. I apologize and I'm willing to comp you for the guns you had.

 
i let the staff come to a verdict as i'm bored of talking about this, i have clear evidence and you still cant see whats wrong.

no you tried to say that i edited my video in my favour and you lied about initiating when you said nothing to me and now your trying to worm out of it, im just trying to show 100% of what you did and discard all the lies you have told.

Also I posted here to get unbanned, I admit that I did rdm because of my lack of knowledge about the server rules.

 
what you are seeing is all i have recorded as i stopped recording when the first guy shot my friend then started again, there is about 3-4 seconds missing, and even if you did initiate between the two clips that isn't enough time, but you didn't so either way it doesn't matter 

 
Okey, sure. Can I be unbanned or given a unban date? I'm sorry for what I did, if you want you can send this guy like 200k from my account to comp him.
