In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned for metagaming at the time. When i started playing on the roleplay server, i was new to everything and didn't know using on screen information breaks roleplay. For example, a messaged popped up on the top right of a player robbing another player, I looked for the person that had robbed someone and then proceeded to kill him.

Why should we unban you ?
I have been playing arma 3 for over 800 hours, played on multiple roleplay servers and understand the general rules of these servers. I had also read up on the rules on this server to make sure I do not break any. I feel this was a nice server at the time and need a second chance.

Can you quote us the rule you broke and explain it to us in your own words.

 
In the ban it says "Metagaming". I believe this was given because i was using 'on screen' information. I remember at the time i saw a player rob another player through the on screen information. I then looked for the player who did the robbery, he happened to be near me in kavala, and then went to kill him. At the time, i didn't read upon the rules such as RDM and metagaming before playing on the server as i was quite new. Since i have been playing on a couple roleplay servers now, I understand the general rules of these servers like mentioned before and so on. I also read up on the rules of this server too. The ban i received on this server dates back 2 years ago and believe it was the first ban i received on the server.

(4.2) Name Tags - "Identified a player in game via name-tag and keychain when not supposed to."

(3.2) Out of Character Chat (OOC) interactions were made, seeing a robbery happen through name tags were mentioned whilst in roleplay.

Side Chat - Using intelligence gained on side chat to influence actions in game. Punishment is a kick/ban.

Out of Character Chat (OOC) interactions must be made over side chat. 

Metagaming is when using side chat information or on screen pop up information to players advantage. In my case, I have used side chat information and the on screen pop up information to track a robber through his name. I have also broke out of roleplay by referring people by their in game names.

So, You feel because you have now spent a lot of time on other servers you should be unbanned here so you can have a second chance. Do you have anything else you want to add to that?

 
I have no intention on breaking any of the rules in the server and will do do my best to make sure I will not break any in the future. I also have a couple of friends that play on that server that have recently joined it and in all honestly this is the reason why I want to be unbanned on this server. As I am more experienced now with many hours on Arma I will avoid doing anything that would lead to a offense or break of rule. 

 
Have you read the rules and fully understand them? The last thing we want if you are unbanned is to make a silly mistake again.

 
Yeah i understood the rules and i will make sure not to break them. Last time i broke the rules was because i was completely new to role play server. This time I know the rules and will avoid to break any.
