I joined a gang yesterday, We were supposed to go mine copper but they decided to chase a truck. I didn't want to jump out and die so I waited for them to stop, which they didn't. The police pulled up and executed me even though I was shouting to be saved. I had no bounty and killed no one and fired no shots. Bad RP on the police tbh

Then I sent a message in OOC asking why the cops murdered me while I asked to be saved then I got banned for RDM even though I never fired a gun or killed anyone. I myself have been murdered 20+ times and the police tell me tough luck.

Your whole gang started to shoot out the back of the offroad without issuing complailaince, a officer then died at which point we opened fire upon your car!

I did not shoot Giles, I sat there and waited to be arrested to explain the situation. I didn't even see an officer die because I was already insta-killed.

They said we were going mining and I didn't want to jump out and kill myself which is bad RP.

I never shot or murdered someone so being banned for RDM is a little silly.

After speaking to Joe in Teamspeak, i found out he was not the one shooting so will be Unbanned.
