I think i was banned because my internet is bad and frequently a message pop's up as if the server has gone down saying "no message received for 10 seconds"
and count up. during this period of time my mouse and keyboard become un responsive as if the server is being reset. Please note that i have no power over it doing this until i but a Ethernet cable so i have wired connection.

Why should we unban you.
Because i am currently getting a wired connection that will stop this from occurring, i have also spent over 150 hours of game time on you're server
and with having a lot of time invested into you're server i have made a lot of friends that also play and i would be sad
if i could not continue to play on a serious role play server due to all the other "RP" server's being terrible
and no RP take's place there at all. also after work in tomorrow i am going to maplin's to buy a 10 foot Ethernet cable because i am fed up of this occurring causing me to die in helicopters on drug run's and losing a lot of expensive gear. Also i realize that i was banned a long time ago but that is before I fully read the rules and understood them since that i had become a member of the police force but have quit due to restrictions against my civilian RP.

@Josh_little1 You have been previously banned for RDM in Athira Back last year. Your ban notes state " Friend was taken hostage and he decided to run them over. " care to explain?

 
Right so, i was heading over to him to help him out i had every intention to initiate and or try to negotiate with them. When driving over a no message recieved text came on my screen, once the message had gone i was on 46 hp having crashed into a wall because i am using a wireless USB my game tends to do this a lot on any game that is run with Battleye and has even gotten me killed a few times on dayz. I can not be the only one with this problem. Also after i was able to use my mouse and keyboard again i jumped out of my car and was shot, after being killed i spawned in Athira to avoid breaking the NLR rule and a Kick message appeared. I am sorry for what has happend however, i had no control over it what so ever if you look in my previous death logs a lot of them are from crashing helicopter's and car's, this is because of the message that appears i do realize that it occurred at the worst possible moment but i am the one that is a victim of the message that pops up well, me and whoever is in my vehicle at the time. If it is any help i have just purchased a 10 meter Ethernet cable from Maplin after work. Thank you for the fast response :).

You claim you had no control over it? However you choose to join our server knowing that something like this could happen. @DrewCould you please explain the situation and confirm if the story sound accurate or not?

 
Dude, you can choose to deny my unban appeal but i really love the server and i take RP seriously. It is not like this will happen again since i have just got a wired connection of course i could have chose not to join the server but why would i want to starve myself of someone i get so much joy from? The only rule i have broke within over 150+ hours on the server is from going crazy in direct chat because i was shot at for no reason by a group of kid's that think they are cool, this incident was nearly a year ago! I am sorry for the CDM happening and can assure it will not happen again since getting a wired connection to my pc.

I just think it's really funny how you are driving normally on the road and then turn towards the officer who's got your friend restrained and VDM?

 
I am sorry for what you think of the situation but in all honesty it happens to me a lot. i am very sorry for it happening and it will not happen again, since the incident i have got a Ethernet cable and i can assure you that i am not a real breaker. Thank you for the response.

i am and it will not happen again. I only ever wish to fully RP to the best of my ability in this server.
