In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I can see clearly why. I Rdm'd mistakenly.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Right, I had just spawned in at Agios. I had a rifle i could not hide, which cost with attachments around 200,000 so was a bit on edge i was on route to go and get some cash I then shoulder peek round the corner and see a man lying down aiming a pistol what i thought was right at me. when i heard someone say shoot him shoot shoot shoot! I took the liberty to defend myself. Now. After watching the video i can see i clearly was wrong and in the case was a rdm. I fully apologise for my jumpy reactions. I am a keen altis life player and enjoy playing the server very much. I would be more than happy to compensate the man i rdmed also if given the chance to return.

Okay, that situation is not why I banned you. I banned you when you opened fire on a helicopter at Meth Processing with no RP, almost killing one of them and then continued to fire upon them when they had landed. I later received a video where you crashed into TI Mike with a tempest. You werent exactly cooperative when people wanted to talk to you on TS about alleged rulebreakings either, saying things like "you got rekd" and the likes.

In the video, you clearly see that i am not speaking ingame when i am saying shoot him. So how is it that you hear me saying shoot him shoot shoot? 
I think you heard it from my video, and are now trying to use it in your storie to cover up what really happend, and your happy that you dont have to show your "perspective" 

 
With the helicopter I saw someone shooting at it and tried to help. I was in the tempest not driving it. And I did  provoke as they said vdm when clearly they were trying to ram us off the road again. I feel like some people on the server will deliberately go out of there way to cause a bankable issue. I haven't spent my whole weekend playing this server earning money to vdm, rdm, Evt. I am sorry I shot you I felt threatened you had a gun pointed straight at me. And so I shot. It might not of been the shoot him part but you were 100% talking in game and thought it was directed at me. Again I apologise and again will offer compensation as a good will gesture. I now understand the trouble I have caused and after re reading the rule I have a better grasp off the role play commitment. If given another chance it won't happen again. 

 
If I could also add about this "vdm" a little more detail as this one has annoyed me the others I can understand and comply with.

we were in a transport on the main road when an sub came behind us. He looked like he wanted to pass so we pulled over on the grass.  We let them pass. They then slowed down in front of us and tried to stop us. Doing so somehow destroyed our back wheels and there suv was unscathed. We then both hop out one repair and I covered. They then without any rp initiation opened fire on us. So we did back. The vehicle was fixed. We then tried out escape once more off road. But they didn't give up. And went in to do the same thing again to force us out to repair. They rammed us and by karmas chance they blew up and spammed "VDM" after we were just trying to escape. That is why I reacted how I did saying lol, karma, get rekt, they then said they would post a video in still waiting for.

Going back to the point of people exploiting rules to benefit them selves. When I read the rules on vdm it was this  

"Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban) "

they broke every vdm rule going yet accused me (just a passenger) of vdm. I had every right to make a ban appeal for them. But felt no need.

Please do, from the beginning as well where we pulled over for you to pass. 

I have no interest in lying, vdm or rdm. I am confident he will not post the video. As he knows if there is visual evidence i can then use it to make a ban request for him.

wow okay, again from my point of view as a passenger. we pulled over to let them pass. they went in front, we then pulled out and they hit us and took our tyres out. I also was no the one who then shot. But i do believe it was good reason as we thought we had been vdmd. I still stand by my reasoning. and looked 100% different in vehicle from my own perspective. I have only played this server for 2 days and i am enjoying it. I dont see any reason to go to this much effort and countless responses/words just to lie or bend the truth. For the actions i was banned for i apologise. I was trying to help in a gun fight is all. And hugley apologise for the rule break. The other situations are bad luck from my perspective. The kill on a person when i thought he was aiming his gun at me is a reaction i feel most others would of taken if felt a threat. And the tempest although nothing to do with me as a passenger i cant help but defend as i feel like we were the victims. although looks different from there perspectives. 

I will accept any decision made by the admins.

and hope to be able to play on the server once again.

Oh I just realized i haven't replied to this yet. "Saw someone shooting at it".. You were the only one firing at it. No one else except your friend with a pistol was there. The lies are piling up.

 
I did see someone shooting at it. He was at the meth lab. And shot a whole pistol clip at it. it then landed and armed people got out. I shot a couple of rounds. then police came and i ran and got banned.

Im sorry for posting here again and discussing things on the unban Vlad, but this will be my last post. The "guy shooting at it" was your friend Reece Webb. You both arrived in the tempest and you took up position to defend him while he processed. "Saw a guy shooting at it".. the guy you had been rolling with for quite a while? The guy you obviously know and was on TS/skype with? Come on mate..

 
I never said he wasnt a friend. The point is it was someone else. As you say i was there to defend him. I never initiated anything. rolling with him for all of 30mins where he drove in the tempest where the vdm happened on the way to meth and then the helicopter at the meth. Im not looking to pass blame but where is he in all of this? driving the tempest and initiating the fire upon the helicopter. I can only apologise so many times but some people i guess you cant please. As before i stick to compensating the helicopter and after re reading the rules i know where i have done wrong. And would not happen again. 

As i said i will accept any decision made. 

 
Sorry RDM + VDM = too much. I like people to put up their hands and say "I fucked up" but all I see here is excuse after excuse and I think thats what you will do if I unban you.
