i'm sorry for rdming i did'nt think what i done was rdm but i understand if i did i've been having fun on your server more than i have with any other i play by the rules and my apologies once again ill try make shore it dosn't happen again

i said drop the weapon 3 times but he must not have heard me and he was activly firing his weapon so i flanked and killed him and also shots where fired at me so i retaleated

When did you say drop your gun? As we see in the video, he just arrives. And there is no one saying anything to him. 

 
I was a cross the road crouched beside a building look i apoligize to the guy if you want it prob wasnt him who shoot at me but i can rember saying it if you want you can put him in a channel with me and i will apoligize tohim and give him composit for the gear he lost ??? if thats okay with him and ye ?

Are you sure you were in the correct channel, E.g Direct Channel.

I need to be convinced that this wont happen again.

 
i think i was in group channel and it wont happen again if it does happen again you can ban me and i wont hassel ye about it you have my word

Yeah, rest assure that if this happens again it will be a perm ban. I suggest you be less triggerhappy in the future.
