I was speaking on the vehicle channel and used the word "ni**a" which triggered the automatic ban.

Why should we unban you ?
Due to the context of the situation.

When I was with my friend Jesper G we arrived at the Blackmarket, from there we were zip-tied and kidnapped by a group. I and Jesper were quite displeased by how dull the RP encounter had arrived so, whilst maintaining respect and dignity, started to have a discussion in-game in the vehicle channel about the RP. I never insulted or offended any one of them instead I had said: "Yea, the RP was a bit dull tho nigga". I never in any way directed it towards a person or intended it to cause harm, it is usually my way of talking to people in a friendly way. The people that were kidnapping me were masked so I couldn't get their names but we maintained respect to one another and they never had an issue with me.

In the future, I will think more about the possible consequences of such language used and limit myself, as this is my first offense I believe it to be a minor offense which can be corrected. I do not wish to lose my 70-hour gameplay on this server where I have managed to form such good friendships with my group (PMRC) and learned experiences. I hope, in your heart, you will decide to give me a chance to fix my lapse in judgment and give me another chance.

Never, if you're referring to "n***er" word" I've never used such on a derogatory or hurtful manner. The conversation was in relation between me and a friend and was in the vehicle channel to which no one apart from those within the vehicle would hear, which no one was offended as it was never directed at anyone (it was used in a friendly way to my friend who I've known for months.) I could understand the implications of the use of the other form but the context of said situation makes me believe it wasn't racially aggravated or racially insensitive. I personally do not see the use of "n***a" as a racially insensitive thing to say, if I had used it in an insulting manner sure but there was no racial slur or discrimination of any kind within my sentence and it is pretty clear that I understand the contextual history behind the two. Id like reiterate that I have no conducted myself in a discriminatory way or in a hateful way. The use of the word is heavily dependent on context rather than souly on the word. The use of the word is in it of itself a controversy as the two definitions can conflict with one another. I see the use of "n***a" word" as a friendly gesture and not as a racial slur while you may see it otherwise. I completely understand your viewpoint and as I've now been made aware of your view towards the word I will not say such a thing again.
