I was banned because a ts conversation was recorded while I was speaking badly about a member of this community.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned as this conversation was recorded in privacy and was never meant to be shared with the person which completely disregards 1.1 the bullying part as i never said it to marko and never wanted to say it too him. Regarding rule 1.3 and swearing out of rp yes fair enough but again was in a private room with friends who swear daily and only their ears were meant to hear this. The rule states swearing AT someone which was also never done. What I said shouldnt have been said but it was NEVER meant to be heard by him. I can't say much more but if I get permanently removed from the community after over a year and a few months because I can't even have a private conversation then what can I do. I apologize to marko and I messaged him on ts a while back saying sorry but obviously it isn't enough.

There's a difference between having a private conversation and quite another to refer to someone as a "snake" "faggot" when you're behind a closed door and they don't even know it. I would have more respect if you had said it to the persons face. Why should we let you back in the community if this is how you're gonna act?

Honestly I couldn't have said it to him as this outcome would have come quicker, I also didnt want to say it too him as i'm not here to cause shit. I shouldnt have said what I said honestly but since this conversation over a month ago ive had no more problems with marko and honestly have changed my views on him. If its respect you want me to show I will apologize to him again over voice but I feel this isnt all you want. In the time ive been here nothing like this has happened before and should I get unbanned I will make sure it will never happen again.

After a discussion with management, I am reopening this dispute and allowing it to continue under the following conditions:

1. A Public Apology to Marko

2. If Marko decides to accept it, I will allow him to decide if you should be permanently banned for your actions, if he chooses that you deserve a second chance, this dispute will continue as a swearing out of role play violation.

I will write my apology here to you @Markooo as requested. I'm sorry for what I said about you and at the time I believe we had had a situation in game with you that angered me. This doesn't excuse what I said and I can't really say sorry enough. I have changed my views on you massively since this situation and I can assure you it won't happen again if you are to give me another chance. Once again i'm sorry for what I said and I hope we can move forward from this mess.

If you were angry at him and had a issue with him, why didn't you do the adult thing and try to speak with him about it?

Honestly I dont have an answer to that, I dont know why I didnt. Looking back on it I 100% should have and in the future I will always do this. I think we were all being childish at the time but this has made me reevaluate the situation and realise what I did was very wrong.
