I executed someone and didn't have my mic (which is my fault) i didn't fully understand the situation (my fault too)

Why should we unban you ?
I am a very common person in the RP server and love to do it. From being in a chines mafia to becoming a mental patient, i am a bit known and always played by the rules. Unfortunately i did do something wrong. I just spawned and i went to the garage and saw the dude laying dead on the ground along with seeing a group of people around him. I assumed that these people already had a chat with him so someone told me to shoot so i shot. My fault for not having my mic on and my fault for not RPing like i should have. As a long and dedicated player i do feel i should be given an appeal since its my first one. (Reopening an appeal and had read the rules, i can assure you that this will not be happening again. This is my first ban and i can assure to whom ever that is reading this it will be my last)

You assumed something incorrectly and broke one our server rules, one that is intended much more directly to influence the outcome of roleplay on the server to a high standard so everyone can enjoy something fun and interesting without worrying about being randomly shot by some fool who either does not care or lacks the ability to think for themselves. How do we know that if we unbanned you now that we won't see you trying to appeal again or just banned for yet again failing to think for yourself instead of following someone else's word?

You also claim to be a very common person which is good and all alongside claiming you "love to do it" indicating that you see yourself as an RP loving player who comes here quite a lot but I do confess I am finding it rather difficult to believe that belief due to your actions and reason for your ban which point completely in the wrong direction... surely if you loved to perform and act through RP as very many of the players who have ever played here, I would think you would take the opportunity to instead of just following a random players word which in itself was likely a jest, you would instead roleplay much more to make an enjoyable experience for not just yourself but the other players around with the intention to have your victim before you enjoy it just as much.

The victim would likely still not have the happiest as would quite a few others in the same boat as he was and that is to be expected to some degree but that does not mean they cannot walk away from it afterwards thinking to themselves how much of a wanker you are taking his life during it's lowest point but congratulate you or at least acknowledge the potentially exceptional roleplay and look forward to it again, even if it is to hopefully have the tables turned in a future encounter.

Following all that... I wish to see this side of you that claims to love roleplay and for that I want to see it ingame properly but that is assuming you get unbanned first so in spite of that I wish for you to detail to us what you could have done better in that situation and what you would truly have done if you got to replay that exact same situation but instead listened to that little voice in your head that told you to wait and think and trust in your love and otherwise enjoyment of roleplay.

 In regards to the first paragraph: I've been playing on this server for a good year and what i did on my part was unnecessary. I was unfortunately got a bit loose after a while of playing so i guess you can say this is a big slap in the face to wake up me up. I deeply apologize to the person i have done the action to. It was unjust and uncalled for. I do believe a year without anything wrong is a pretty good track record.  Now for what i've could've done better. I should've ignored the situation all together, It is better to stay out of trouble than to make it.  And even then i should've talked to the fella are at least have some sort of oversight of the situation. I love this server, and i also love the art of roleplay. I do feel like it improves on my acting and its enjoyable. And yes, i've had my fair share of this type of situations happening (the getting shot at part) but I didn't think much of it.

@DELETER If it comes down to it, i would've talked to the person i was going to execute adding more fun to the person last few moments fun or even change my mind.  Instead of it being bland and boring. Or i would completely ignore the situation since i had no part into it and should've minded my own business.
