In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Approximately 3:55 (GMT) in the morning Altis was a quiet place, all the residents where sleeping and the Moon Runners seized the opportunity to make some high risk, high reward cash by running drugs in the dead of the night as is normal for our gang. We where on our second run with our gangs Huron heading into Kavala, our pilot dropped myself and 3 other fully equipped rebel gang members off and gained altitude well above 250 meters.
Myself and my three friends made our way to the Drug Dealer to reap the high demand rewards that the Kavala drug industry offers here on Altis. After we had all sold our supply we where on our way back to the Huron when we was alerted to a police officer crashing into the wall in front of us. The officer immediately jumped from his vehicle and hid in cover behind his vehicle, so myself and my gang members done the same taking refuge behind a house so we could engage in role play before the situation turned.
I then proceed to say to the officer "Stay in your car or you will be shot" and without any acknowledgement the officer starts rushing the building we are taking cover behind. Me and my Pilot see this happening and again I say "Get back to your car or you will be shot". The officer didn't listen and continues to rush 4 armed rebels selling drugs in Kavala. At this point my pilot tells me he is flanking through a house to get behind 4 armed rebels, does this man have a death wish we think to our self.
After giving the officer 2 warnings and being told the officer is now rushing us and clearly has a death wish, he pointed his weapon at my friend whilst still rushing him. So after engaging in 2 acts of role play with 2 different warnings I then proceeded to open fire on the officer to stop him killing my friend. It was at this point that the server was due for it's 4AM restart and me and my friends decided it was time for the Moon Runners to actually get some sleep so we called it a night.
Why should we unban you.
(A quick statement before I begin, SGT Fade says this happened on Server 2 in his post but I believe server 2 went down after 12PM and it was then Server 1 that this occurred on)
Firstly I would like to talk about the video that has been supplied by SGT Fade.
SGT Fade says he is telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth which he very may well be but I've had a number of people that I will list below including one of your own mentors review the footage and all can hear the exchange in role play before this all played out.
First at 16 seconds in the video you can hear me say the words "Get in your car and drive off" this is when he is running to the house that we are behind. I give the officer a few seconds to comply before engaging again for the second time. At 19 seconds into the video I repeat again "Get in your car and drive away or you will be shot".
I engaged twice in role play while all the officer done was rush me, his attempt to role play was absolutely terrible saying at 15 seconds into the video "Buddy, stop there" (Which he didn't even broadcast IN-GAME!) and after that proceedes to rush 4 rebels without so much as saying another word while stationed behind the house. He then didn't engage in any more constructive role play after that, attempted to flank us and even when his weapon was raised at a rebel pointing back at him made no further attempt to engage in constructive role play.
The people who I said earlier who have reviewed the video will be listed below. This includes a Mentor from your own division.
[SI] Axolotl [Athira][Mentor] - We spoke on teamspeak together with SGT Fade and she said to both me and SGT Fade that after reviewing the video she can hear me engaging in RP with SGT Fade before the encounter began at 16 and 19 seconds.
I had 4 friends from Moon Runners review the video and also 2 friends that don't even play Arma review the video and they all the come to the same answer that they can audibly hear me enchange in role play at 16 and 19 seconds,
so that's a mentor from your team speak and an additional 6 players including myself who can all hear the exchange in role play and just SGT Fade who can not for some reason.
I do understand that the Huron makes all of this situation very difficult but my Pilot has assured me that he was well in excess of 250 and the only reason he was below 300 meters at that point is because he was due to pick us up outside Kavala a few hundred meters behind the hospital.
Like I said earlier, the engagement occured just after we had sold all of our drugs, so we where due to run back to our Pilot. That is the only reason our pilot was below 300 but assured me he was still well over 250 when the egagement began.
I would now like to go on and say a little about the Moon Runners and role play. RDM isn't what we do, we are a growing community right now and take every oppurtinity to engage in role play when its presented.
Just this morning myself and another Moon Runner where on our way to process Diamonds when PCSO Neo pulled me for the killing of SGT Fade the night prior. This was a 5-7 minute engagement both engaging in really fun, well thought out and constructed role play between myself and PCSO Neo.
After the incident I even joined your Teamspeak to thank PCSO Neo for such a great encounter and he said the same, told me to have fun and things where feeling great because we ROLEPLAYED our situation out of a killing. This is just one example of how we like to play.
Final Points.
The Moon Runners feel regardless of the helicopter being there or not that SGT Fade handled the whole situation terribly. It felt as though he was in the mind set "Oh it's 5 minutes until server reset lets go and get some action", he rushed 4 rebels clearly on edge about being in Kavala who attempted on two occasions to roleplay.
The only roleplay he engaged in was "Buddy, stop there" and he didn't even broadcast this in-game, so not only was his roleplay sub-par but a SGT who has experience in this game DID NOT broadcast ANY roleplay and STILL decided he was going to RUSH 4 GEARED REBELS selling drugs. All off these facts combined with me engaing in 2 different acts of role play made myself and the Moon Runners feel the only option was to shoot this suicidal cop who didn't role play, doesn't know how to broadcast in-game and clearly just wanted some action before server reset.
