In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
When i got banned, i thinked that i got banned for killing man that robbed me 1-2 minutes before robbery from my side, if this was reason, i would like to talk with someone in admin team to talk about this problem if it caused my ban.
after ban i contacted admin to help me with this situation and he told me, i got banned for telling one cop that i will have to discuss with admin his behavior, so thats by the admin reason for ban - telling about problem solution with admin ingame, if this is the reason of my ban, then i really failed (but when i try to connect it displays RDM/breaking RP so idk whats going on)

Why should we unban you ?
my behavior never head the way to break rules caused by myself that i want to break the rule, if i broken the rule, i must done it accidentally or there is another problem but not caused by my side, because im playing with friends on this server and want to play on this server more.

Yes it was the two situtations that lead up to your ban, yes breaking RP and RDM from when the staff member was looking. not sure why dont know whats going on.

 
the problem is by my side of view only on side of breaking RP with voice communication by saying that i gonna talk about officers behavior, i got offended by his arogant and disrespecting behavior, i got angry by his chicken like sound, that he used to tell me get out of his way, "sir, step away from my way" or somethink like that is enought to tell to get of his way, also, he gave me 15k ticket for that i told him, that my friend have to move the car because the cop was asking "who is owner of this truck" in the green zone and he want to move it away, where me and my friend went to buy some supplies, so this is the situation of the voice abuse from my side. when we went to cop base, there started his behavior which woken up in me bad emotions, that led to my behavior and the sources of my abuse were problems i said up in this text and his i dont know how to call it " didnt wanted to listen, what am i talking to him" i accept logical conversation like i will say my problem and he will just say what i done bad, but i didnt got any response from him, i felt discriminated from his side because he is the cop, he have the power and he used it against me like on some kind of animal, that dont have any rights, even to speak. 
my behavior is in the end of this case caused by officers behavior, that evoked in me feeling of ignored person, as some kind of suspect, i can do everythink, but only one thing that i can use to change somethink is only to talk with this person, also i think this whole situation is caused by community of players on the server, because on the server plays many people from many countries with many differences of experience in english language. 
this situation lead to my truly abuse and i accept that i had to think about it and just tell this officer to talk about this on teamspeak. in the end, i FAILED.

i dont want to throw all the cops into one bag if you understand, but as i see, many cops are making too much of mistakes that lead to accidentaly deaths to me and my friends im playing with on the server. from ignoring for ex. shots that are 200 meters far by road from position where the officer is, to reckless driving of cops without sirens causing car accidents by a light hit of civs vehicle, that will after got hit turns right and crashed to nearby concrete wall, to really dangerous crash leading to completly destroyed truck for example, i think in more than half situations police officer even dont manage that what he happend. this happend to me, just want to tell, what lead me to voice chat abuse, why i did it and sometimes when somethink is enought, im ready to solve the situation, in this case, i chosen bad way of solution.

the second rule break, i got banned after i killed one man in kavala, so how was that situation by my point of view?
i went to car shop to buy a sport car and there was one masked person, i knew that he may rob me so i was ready to act, when somethink happens, came close to this person at car shop and i felt that there gonna be problem, i got robbed many times in kavala and almost everytime robbery comes from nowhere or someone is first scanning the situation before action, no cops, if victim is armed or somethink else. so i got robbed in the corner of car shop, when i tried to escape at the main road. when i got robbed, i wait some time to get unsuspictious and take my revenge, so i started following of that person, this person after maybe 1 minute knew that im going after him and im following him so he decided to run away, also there was one cop, when he get in one building after maybe 20 seconds of my intensive following he just stopped there and was looking on me, i had problem some kind of bug to unholster my pistol so i lost maybe 5 seconds by trying to unholster the pistol and when two or third time i failed to unholster by ctrl + h, i decided to throw my weapon on the ground and take it, in the same time, maybe when he seen the pistol on the ground, he unholstered rifle, but i was faster and didnt have time to say him to drop his weapon or give hands up, so i started shooting so i didnt get shot, still im thinking about that why he didnt shot me, he had maybe 1 second like me to shoot before the pistol got him down because of low damage that pistol deals, wasted on him more than 4 rounds, i think half of the magazine, maybe more. this is the whole and uncut described situation from my side, like i felt it, seen it and heard it. 
this all actions got realized in less than 5 minutes, that im sure, all the time i had weapon on me and if someone will rob me, of course i want my money back. 

if i done some mistake in this case, im sorry, im not that kind of player that is breaking rules because i want it, if somethink happend, it was caused accidentally and in lack of time i had caused by this situation, that forced me to act fast and without mercy when i tried to unholster the pistol, but as i said, i want to play on the server more, so if i done somethink bad, i will be really glad to get explained what i done, to dont make the mistake again, but from this experience, i will have to capture the video of my gameplay for future, if somethink happens like this again, because i know for admin is really hard to solve the situation where the problem is and as i think, admin just got a video that is shorter than 30 secs to see what happend in that house. can i get another chance then?

 
So. You have a problem with a police officer in game who isn't doing any harm nor breaking any server rules, however if you had a problem with him breaking RP is not the way to go. You disregarded a basic server rule.

You threatened to get an admin, broke RP whilst doing it, why?

 
as i said, from his behavior i felt disrespected. everythink started his solution of criminal act, parking vehicle at the green zone as i said, also, as i said, he decided to give a ticket to the second player you see in the video, from my side of view, my friend didnt done anythink bad and if yes, i do not think it was necessary from this police officer to shoot the truck my friend drove, that was parked on the right side of the road leading to some not important corner of the city, exactly from direction of main airfield to the green zone, the road on the right after you pass market bar, just driving it away, when he asks who is that vehicle parked on not important road, and all the time on the server, at the green zone, there are many of cars parked on the main road, where players drive throught more often that the road, where the truck was, ... okay, it is his job to solve it, it is his role to play on this server, but when i tried to explain the situation to this police officer, i didnt heard any response on my questions, almost everythink i said him as question, i didnt get any response, so as i said, i felt ignored and if i gonna give on it his speech, sounds like making chicken on me and it was his way how to tell me "get out of my way", after this, i really got angry, this managed me to say, what i said.

as you can hear from the video, i said i can tell what is the problem, and after that, police officer said, this is another attempt that failed to pay ticket and this is final attempt, in the same time, i started to talk and as you can see in the video, but i managed to be silence, why? i spared 15k to dont get into jail, because i knew, this man just dont want to listen to me, what am i saying, he dont gave me any space to talk and describe, what is going on from my side, i felt like a victim got raped by nazi SSman.

so i decided to solve it, as i said, i threaten to get admin, youre right, my fail, your server, your rules and i accept it, this was lesson for me that teached me much things, but in final, you want to know why i done that?
attaching video from one player, that i played with him before, to see, what is happening on the server and cops do not know what they are doing and players cant solve it, because like in this video i attach, you cant know, what cop have do this, also this player on the video had a lot of money in the inventory.

i understand that we have to follow the rules, that are written, but we are people and as we all know, sometimes is somethink enought.

If you can't handle something then walk away from it, it is not an excuse to go around breaking rules, saying you will "contact admins" when we all know, if you did that with your evidence of the situation, you would be banned.

What will you do differently in future instead of breaking roleplay?

 
to not break another rules i will behave like to this time. this is my first server, where i have been banned, so i think, in this case would be the best, to behave like to this time.
to not break this rule we are talking about, it will be enought for me to know, what problem i had from this action, also, to not make any mistake, i will start using some kind of video recorder like twitch to prevent my own from anythink, that can "hurt" myself and i can find solution of this situation, exactly by talking about it on TS with player, that i think roleplayed bad.

for me, this was lesson, that teached me, that reading important text, for this time rules, is not enought to read it twice or more and then hope that i wont break any rules, because the knowledge of all the text can disappear after time, so for this kind of situation, to solute any problem, i think i see, whoever or whatever is the source of problem, i will solute it on ts.

instead saying, what i said, i will ask the player, to come on teamspeak, that i have to talk about somethink with him, in case of roleplay.
