In my own words i was banned because i was very uneducated on the rules and returned to a place that i died far too early and i now understand it was a very bad decision and if i get unbanned it will never happen again.

Why should we unban you ?
i would like to be unbanned because i love this server and have been playing it for over just under 2 years, and i took advantage of the server and was my mistake, playing on the server for so long thinking "its alright i wont get banned" but really the rules apply to me like everyone else and i should of never made that mistake in the first place considering how long i have played on the server and how aware i am of the rules. i would like to deeply apologise of my actions and promise i would never do something so ridiculous again, i believe this ban has taught me a good lesson when playing on this server that i am equal to every other member who plays, i hope you take my offer into consideration, and i apologise once again, thank you. ( i did put a appeal through before but was timed out because i didnt respond, i am sorry i wasnt able to respond i went away for a week to my grandmas )
i am 100% aware of why i was band, after being killed i returned to the area were i was killed i was exactly 825m from my death zone again i am very sorry and have thoroughly revised the rules

Ive had to wait so long because ive been concentrating on exams and just life problems and didnt really get round to using my computer and when i tried to play it all came back into my head.

The rule i broke was the NLR which is the new life rule this prohibits a player from going back to their place of death and this is in place to make the game feel more realistic because theoretically you would be able to recall where you died in a real life situation,

To add onto your short coverage of the NLR rule, re-read 5.3 there are 2 pieces of information you missed.

 
I have now added to my knowledge that your character can not remember the robber/killer and have 0 recollection of the situation and people involved including friends and gang members , also you do not remember where any vehicles are outside of the garage and finally you do not go within 1000m of the location for 15 minutes into your new life.

 
I had read some of the rules however i already had friends on the server that guided me and put me on what they called the right and abiding path however now i know this was very foolish of me and i fully regret it.

 
I feel you've learned your lesson and deserve a second chance. Please keep in mind this ban will stay on your record and any future infringement of our rules will not be taken lightly.
