In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned because i forgot about myself for a bit and broke the rule 6C and had my gun unholstered and fired it in a greenzone. (not at any police or civilian) the gun was fired on a crashed and abandoned quad bike.

Why should we unban you.
I have not much to say, Rather than i am sorry for my bad judgment of doing this and i regret that i have done so. I am devoted to the RP part of the community and the people that know me can confirm that. The only reason i play here because the roleplay is far the best. And i am really sorry that i cant always keep every single detail in my mind but i try to in the future not to cause any more trouble for anyone in anyway. I feel stupid for doing this especially that i was being away for a good while and just recently returned to ALUK now i have to put in a ban appeal again because of my own stupidity and unawareness.

If another admin could deal with this it would be best, seeing as I have been accused of abusing my powers in this case.

Yes, when speaking to the gentleman after the ban he many times said I was just abusing my powers. Both for issuing the ban in the first place, for giving no warning and because rule  6C)[COLOR= rgb(191, 191, 191)] Weapons must be holstered inside green and blue zones at all times.[/COLOR]  doesnt state that it is punishable by a ban. And whne he said "So i need to wait like 7 days for my ban appeal to go through?" I said "If it goes through you mean", and he once again hinted that I would deny it just because i don't like him or something.

So in the interest of impartiality, its probably best if you deal with this.

 

 
@JaredTheWolf how is this abusing powers... You broke a rule and you were banned for it, their are no warnings

 
the banning was not abusing powers and what i said is clearly being taken out of context. but i am not willing to go into a discussion about it because it would be 100% unnecessary at this point. I am banned.  i made an appeal as i was told. and i want someone who is not taking any sides to look at this  and give me a fair judgement. i dont think anything else needs to be said, atleast not from my part. we all make mistakes sometimes. i apologise for mine and i promise to be much more aware of what i am doing and be more careful not to break any rule.

So basically you knew you were breaking the rule however continued. What makes us think this wont happen again?

 
@Crumble why do you try and shame me more than i am already ashamed? I read the rules when i joined yes, but not that day. And honestly tell me is it not human to make mistakes? Do you go throught every single rule everyday before joining or do you simply rely on your memory?  I originally joined the Server and the Community on 16 November 2014 and the only time i ever got banned was the PLF blanket ban where my only sin was being part of the gang.  in over a year i havent made ANY other mistake. I cant honestly say that i can guarantee you it wont happen again because as i said, we are humans after all and if we never made ANY mistake we wouldnt be humans anymore. BUT i wil do my outmost best to keep every single rule. I cant say anymore that i am sorry once again and that i really did not meant to break any rules as @matt1998  said, we were having some fun and i completely forgot where i was. and what i was and was not allowed to do. once again i am very sorry and i sncerely apologise for my mistake

Due to your honesty you will be unbanned for a FINAL chance, don't blow it.
