In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned due to the fact that i shot an officer that was rping and was not aware aware there was a gunfight going on due to the fact he was muted in teamseak as he was rping with someone.

Why should we unban you ?
I belive i should be unbanned as i have never broke rules before and i try my hardest not to break rules just in the heat of the moment i got confused and shot him as one of his fello officers rubbered my friend and was shot and i thought that he was part of the situation. I also thought if he was not shot he would pose a threat. Also if i am unbanned i will be more carefull next time and it wont happen again.

Also i want to continue to play in the community as ive got friends in the community (which i wouldnt know if it wasnt for the server).

I dont think he had his gun holstered, just lowered I believe. Also next time I would re initiate myself. Ps im not totally sure how this was rdm

Well anyway I appologise for that and next time I would initiate on the officer if hes not directly part of the situation or ask him to unrestrain the man or ask him to leave the area

Also in the future I will just be more carefull in general and check for my self not just listen to other gang members

I believe that in this instance there seemed to be confusion between both parties.

The officer did not expect the be shot - he had his gun holstered and was not part of the situation.

However, James thought that he was part of the active gun fight / situation near him, and so shot him.

Remember to always re initiate RP if you are not sure.
