Apparently i VDM'd Jamz/roleplay ralph. A couple hours later i come onto the TS to speak to freebo because i believe i was also being VDM'd in the car. Then freebo said i VDM'd jamz, but also Jamz stopped his car infront of me within 10M expecting me to slam on my breaks and go around him or crash into the truck next to me which would also be VDM, so either situation i couldn't get out. I would of smashed into someone and it hit jamz. I had such little notice off stopping and i tried to go around him but then the truck came to the left of me. https://gyazo.com/47b9a7823cf32ed2e5980feb377ebe17 I was banned probably around 5/6 hours later by the admin i supposedly VDM'd. Why should we unban you ?
I believe it was a false ban, i had little notice to go around him and when i tried to go around him a truck came past me so i couldn't stop and i wouldn't of been able to stop in time. So either way i would of crashed, i felt it was dealt with poorly. I don't think i should of been banned for this especially as it was impossible to stop in time so i would of crashed into Jamz either way.

This .gif here clearly shows you come to a stop - I drive my car about 15-20 metres ahead of you and then you decide to floor it into my vehicle, knocking me down.

You could have easily chosen to not drive forward... got out and roleplayed with myself and my gang - but instead you got banned for intentionally ramming my vehicle.

This will be left to another staff member as I am the one that actioned the ban

I didn't choose to ram into your vehicle. I sped up to go past your vehicle as i didn't want to get stopped and robbed. As i went to go around your vehicle a truck zooms past which would of caused me to swerve and VDM him. So after that i couldn't go anywhere but into your car there was no way of me stopping. If that truck didn't come at that time i would of been able to go round but the truck came at the perfect time so i would of VDM'd him and i end up hitting you. I enjoy playing the server and over one miss-communication that happened where you think i tried to VDM you but i actually tried to go around the vehicle but the truck came and i came on the ts after and apologized i'm guessing you didn't get the message. I'm sorry if you think i tried to VDM you but i actually wanted to go around but as i said the truck came at the perfect timing.

After review, I determine this to be a valid ban. It's called you can use the handbrake which will stop you on a dime, especially in a hatchback.

In your own words what is VDM?

In your own words, why did you choose not to roleplay and just floor it?

VDM - Using your car to stop something from happening or using it to cause something or using it as a weapon.

Why i decided to drive off is because nobody likes being robbed and stopped, i assumed i was going to be robbed and so did the passenger in my car so we didn't want this happening. Nobody in real life would want to be robbed. So i decided to drive off as quickly as possible and tried to go around the car and the truck came, yes i forgot about the handbreak because i usually only ever use "S" to slow down or stop. I'm sorry for causing any harm towards Jamz and i will know in the future to use the handbreak or just roleplay it out.

I used a gif because that is what i was banned for? The ban is for VDM, so that's why i was banned for i doubt the whole video is needed.

You had a chance, you lied on this appeal.

In the video I have you clearly hear someone yell VDM him, and in the video it is intentional.

Liars are not welcome here. Begone, permanent ban issued.
