i think i was banned because i lied about my age to get into the police.

Why should we unban you ?
i think i should be unbanned as i now realize how my mistake was immature and i should have waited until i was 16. i now know that the age limit was invented for my own benefit and i am very sorry that i went around the rule. I have just got a new pc and would love to come on the server, if i am unbanned i would love to play with some of my friends and join a new gang.

Please explain to us why you think we have this rule?

If you are happy to lie about something as simple as your age why should we trust that you wont lie again to us or the community in the future?

 
i am able to reply to this appeal, The main reason i believe the rule was made is to make sure that any one who wants to join the police force of altis should be mature enough and ready to protect the people of altis, i clearly was not taking into account the enjoyment of others and how the system is meant to benefit players who enjoy roleplay on arma. I would like to think that i have learned my lesson and will be able to regain the communities trust and most importantly never repeat this process again.

 
Why did it take you so long to appeal your ban? from what I can tell you weren't particularly active even when you were in the police as it took you several days to attempt to log in after being handed the ban. Other than that your first appeal was timed out and it took you more than a month later to reappeal. 
Something tells me you're not particularly intrested in playing here and just want to get unbanned for the sake of it rather than the fact that you want to play here and actively be a part of the community. Although not being active isn't a rulebreak in itself it does make me question if you really do care that you broke the rules and that you wish to return or if you're simply lying again as you did on your police application.
