In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I had a report against me for RDM, I made a mistake and shot someone before allowing time to initiate. This is classed as RDM because I didn't initiate and therefore the persons report against me was successful.

Why should we unban you.
I made a mistake and I apologize for it. I have been really enjoying the server and have just been accepted to an interview in NHS if I can make a successful appeal. I can assure you that this will not happen again as I have been told a lot more about it and how to initiate better and have been given examples. I really love the community here and I really don't want to not be able to play anymore due to this. I hope you guys can give me another chance as this is my first offense. Thanks Guys

I am fully aware of this and enjoy it very much hence why I want to join the NHS :) It was just a mistake and it wont happen again.

 
We expect high quality roleplay at all times, you never showed us this.

How could you improve on the situation you were in?

In order to have role played properly I should and will in future (if allowed another chance) to make a clear initiation that gives the other player a chance to keep his life. For example: "your surrounded, if you do not release us, they will start firing".
